1st - Sirid Adaar, female warrior with stoic personality. Will romance Iron Bull.
2nd - Janel Lavellan, female mage who is kind and peaceful. Solas is her love.
3rd - Freda Cadash, flirty female rogue. Shall climb Blackwall like a boss.
4th - Ashtad Adaar, bit silly male mage who is firm believer of Murphy's Law. Totally taken by Dorian.
5th - Griffith Trevelyan, charming male warrior who shall try to get Casssandra's love.
Later ideas include male Cadash with Josephine (just feels cute) and female Trevelyan with Sera.
Personalities might change a bit when I actually play the game and get to know my Inquisitors. 
As I am routinely ninja-minced with every single Bioware game that I play, I don't bother picking beforehand now. I would like to investigate all options though (that'll take a while).

because by the time nov comes around i'll probably have revised the whole thing, and this post will just remind me of what i changed.
Only have 3 playthroughs set in stone atm: Lin'Mi (female dual-wield Dalish Assassin rogue (her name is elvish for 'blood blade')), Tal-Shok (male 2-hander Qunari Reaver warrior (his name is Qunlat for 'true struggle')) and my Cadash (female archer dwarf Tempest rogue (name undecided atm)).
Personalities:
Lin'Mi: Chaotic Good. Pro-Dalish, pro-elf, pro-mage. Humorous.
Tal-Shok: Chaotic Neutral. Stoic, direct, Pragmatic. Goes with whichever side provides the best assets to the Inquisition.
Cadash: Neutral Good. Fun-loving, humorous, doesn't like politics. Pretty indifferent on most things.
Romances:
Lin'Mi: Solas. Was originally going to go with Sera, but something dragged me towards deciding to romance Solas. No idea what.
Tal-Shok: No one. I seriously can't see him getting along with anyone well enough to form a romance.
Cadash: Iron Bull. Mostly so I can laugh at the height difference. 
I like dwarves the best so I plan on playing a dwarf rogue first
And for the possible LIs Iron bull looks like he'll have the most fun romance so I'm dating him first.
After that I'll probably play a Qunari and date Blackwall.
Then an elf where I date either Dorian or Solas.
But I'll get them all eventually.

I have no idea. I'll probably wait to meet them before deciding who is appropriate for each.
I do know that I will be playing a female Mage my first time around, but I'm not sure which race. I'll figure it out while I'm sitting in the cc on release day.

My canon Inquisitor Cordelia Trevelyan - Iron Bull
Kara Trevelyan- Human Rogue- Chaotic Good/ a bit of a sense of humor, despises noble, admires commoners the poor and outcasts of society, in over her head as the Inquisitor. Iron Bull. Should be...amusing at least.
Benjamin Trevelyan- Human Mage- Probably Noble, cant decide if that is good or neutral though...good evolving to neutral maybe? Is a believer in the Maker and Andraste, is wise, but also somewhat sarcastic. Cassandra, again he admires the Chantry and should get along with Cassandra, though they may clash from time to time over tactics, may things make more fiery.
Athena-Qunari Warrior- very funny and fiercely independent, not at all what youw ould think of a Qunari. Sera...for kicks.

I don't have strong personality concepts for my inquisitors yet beyond my first, but the rough ideas are, at present:
1. Male dwarf rogue romancing Cassandra. General idea for him is an honorable - or, at least, generally straightforward - sort despite his origins in the Carta. He's frequently annoyed by the doublespeak and posturing of typical dwarven society. Snarky sense of humor and has a tendency to hold a grudge if you get on his bad side.
2. Male Dalish elf mage romancing Dorian.
3. Female human warrior romancing the Iron Bull.
4. Male qunari rogue romancing Josephine. The only thing I know about him beyond that is he manages to specialize in sneaking around despite his huge size. It constantly confounds people at how he manages it.
Aside from the dwarf coming first, I might not necessarily play them in that order. I'm also very tempted to make a female run with Sera eventually, though no idea of race or class. I'm still tossing around many different personality ideas, but I do tend to favor the snarky and kindhearted types (even if they're not necessarily friendly about it). I rarely play outright ruthless jackasses, though I've played characters who toed an amoral line due to strong pragmaticism.
First I'll do a female elf mage with Solas. Then I'll either do another female elf mage with Cullen (just picture the drama that could come out of that one) or a male elf mage with Iron Bull (and that one), doing the other third. Then I'll do a Qunari or Human mage with Sera. Personalities are pending on what the game will let me do. cloudcuckoolander please
