Spare her life, are you kidding me? What are you going to do? You are standing there in a room with no armor and no weapons and Samara is dead, clearly you are an inferior biotic as well. She could just turn around and leave or smash you against the wall with her biotics and kill you. Taking on her would be like taking on Samara.
