She knows all about gym guys. She goes to the gym often.
Such people usually have body image issues. They think that they're awesome because training their muscles gives them a sense of achievement. It's the same as with gamers. Gamers are often very proud of themselves, for doing well at video games. The worst ones are the ones who play MMOs. Same for bodybuilders who enter competitions.
