apply some smoothing group modifier it will solve the issue

It certainly looks as if smoothing groups are missing. Adding a smoothing group modifier will fix it, but only if there aren't unwelded vertices in the model. The top of the head is alot lighter than the middle which might be caused by unwelded vertices between the top and the middle.
