Both her father and brother died to the Blight. Her whining means nothing to me. Also I'd like for a reason to allow Anders to live. Owing him Bethany's life is a convenient way to do that.

Still, I don't see the need to drag her into this just to have an reason to spare Anders. My Hawke had circle mage Bethany and he was like "meh, I just don't feel like it" when Sebastian pulled an Alistair on me. I would rather have Hawke shoot his foot then force Bethany into that kind of life.

**** happens in Thedas. Sometimes you're dealt a bad hand. That was the case with Warden Bethany. I also have the meta problem of shipping everyone that can become a Warden to the Wardens. I mean I did recruit Loghain, Velanna, and Nathaniel. They all wanted to kill me at some point.

I like the story with Bethany in the Circle. To my Hawke, she was the only thing that kept him from leaving Kirkwall and going back to Fereldan, especially when his mother died, and was the main reason for getting involved in the Mage/Templar conflict and eventually siding with the Mages.

Hey, Warden Bethany ends up being pretty bad*ss. Much stronger, bit of spunk. She is a bit sad, but still at peace with her life. One of my favorite fanarts has a Warden Bethany(I based a Hawke entirely on this art)
See if the sibling customization was that good, I would've customized Hawke more

What? Warden Bethany is the best Bethany.
I play mage Hawke most of the time though so it's a nonissue. Carver just beats her in every way really. =/
Warden Bethany is better, though my canon has her in the Circle because she's happen there than a Warden
Carver seems happier as a Warden than a Templar, I liked that there was a polar opposite there

Yeah I picked the more interesting story to me. And that was warden Beth 
And true poor Carver is lyrium addicted and miserable in the templars (sheesh he can't get a break no matter where he ends up. It's either lyrium addiction or the taint.)
