Can someone explain this to me?
Is it a joke?
How did this person get it?
I thought it comes out the 26th. Is there a demo available?
You can get the game already?

Some stores decided to sell it early against EA's wishes. Plus some employees are just incompetent.

Some stores have broken the release date. Also piracy.

Yep, there are always stores that don't respect the release day - it used to be the same thing in the video rental business back in the day. And teh piratez are always gonna flaunt their booty. I hate pirates.

Can't EA take some sort of legal action against these stores? Just curious. I get all my games from steam and I can wait to get it legitimately, but it kind of seems unfair. I haven't heard of this happening before.

If you know someone in Gamestop you can usually get a game early.
Also if its a Mom and Pop shop they will break street date early sometimes to get business ahead of the big muckyied muck stores.

Maybe he's a reviewer, who for some reason, feels like breaking the rules and putting it on youtube.
But it's not like it's still a month away, it's a couple of days, some independent retailer probably just broke the street date. It's pretty common.

I can wait. Its just interesting to know. Perhaps I should look for a mom and pop store nearby for future games. :innocent:Barker673 wrote...

It's ok; have you watched that guy play anyway? He's not very good so it's making me not want to watch.

They can, but often it's not even worth it in the long run unless the breach happened in more than one store from the same chain.LyonVanguard wrote...

Also, this happens all the time with widely anticipated games I'm afraid. Bioware is trying to encourage people to buy the game or wait to play it with their new Cereberus Network card system, but it's still not going to stem the tide of early playthroughs and pirated copies that inevitably show up.
