The shaman is a fun character to play. Kishock is fantastic. So, I'd say the kit you posted is a good one.
Shuriken is trash though.

That's an error. They misspelled "Chairman".
The Krogan Chairman basically keeps repeating Wrex's platitudes and tells all of Grunt's jokes, laughing loudly at the close of each joke, until the enemy make excuses and leave.
But BSN generally considers the kit to be OP, especially with the Shuriken, which adds too much to the kits overall boredom output.

My favourite Shaman build uses Barrier offensively. Making things fly and then detonating them with Warp is just so much fun, even if it isn't all that effective. ^^

Actually no. You do not get chockwave on this Chaos-Variant of the Shaman. His Powerset is Dominate, Slam and Flare. And the only real weapon for him is the Slaymore but that thing is just half as good as the Claymore...

What I'm getting from all this, is that RNG's telling you to play as a Krogan TP salesman. Don't forget to fully spec into "sales tactics" and "TP dispensers" with 6B rank of 2-ply.

Sturdy Krogan TP is 30 grit, soft is 90 grit.
