Im not sure if it is correct topic ,but i have some problems with understanding certain choices despite i finished game few times.

 

First choice i have problem with is being friend with cullen in da 2 i didn't even knew there is such option ,now im not sure if i was friend with him or not.Can anyone tell me what is difference?

 

Second choice i have problem with is "Did hawke make talis angry" im not sure if it is about choice where we can leave her , disagreement about qunari (in prison scene), or just telling that you will kill her in last scene.

 

And Third choice im not sure about is "did hawke killed gascard" so for example if i spared him in his quest but then varric killed him in quentin quest i should chose that my hawke killed him or not?

 

I would appreciate if someone explained that to me.        

1.-If in the first 2 acts you choose all pro-mage in front of cullen, in the third act he´s a bit cautious around you, if otherwise you choose pro-templar and/or neutral options he´s friendlier with you.

 

2.- If you do not to help her retrive the scroll, or try to take the scroll from her, or disagree a lot with her views on qunari.

 

3.- Doesn´t matter who killed him, all that matters is if he´s dead or not.

Some people keep saying that Cullen acts different because of some pro mage options or other but I have yet to see a specific concrete example tied to specific concrete dialogue choices.

I have a question that's in the same vane as The Komandor Shepard's. The Disapprove / approve of Anders actions at the Chantry, what does this effect? Is it just about whether you say with him or not? Or like the Friend of Cullen chioles it's just flavor text for your Hawke?

I always took it to mean whether you chose the starred response (that Hawke would've helped Anders if they'd known about his plan), but since your game decisions aren't pulled into the Keep you can decide. If you want a world state where Hawke approved of Anders' actions, then you can have whatever reasons you want for that.

I think it determines if Hawke was friend with Anders or not. What that means in DA:I? I have no idea. Might affect people's opinion of Hawke if he supported Anders' actions.

I don't know if this has been answered before, but are there going to be plot flags that don't make it to the final cut of Keep/Inquisition? In other words, are there plot flags which Bioware already knows don't have any continuity with Inquisition that won't be making the cut?

 

I saw the polls about plot flags from DAO and DA II, and it confused me. Are we voting on the order of rollout, or will there potentially be plot flags that just don't make it into the Keep? And again, if we're voting this late into it, is it the case that some of the plot flags we vote in won't have any impact in Inquisition regardless? Or are elements for the game (letters from NPCs, minor dialogue, quest items, etc) going to be put into the game to make these plot flags we're voting on relevant?

 

It's a lot of questions, but they all orbit around the dark star of plot flag selection/rollout.

Yes there are choices in the Keep that will not have an impact on DAI. No idea on which ones. There are plot flags that are getting putting into the Keep solely due to popularity. The Keep is supposed to be a long term thing, so some plot flags that aren't used in DAI can potentially be used for DLC (maybe) or future games. The ones that are being voted on almost certainly won't have any impact on DAI since the game should be going gold soon if it hasn't already, and if they already were programmed as having an impact then there wouldn't be a point in having them in the poll. Basically, they don't have infinite resources so they are getting a gauge on which of the popular decisions are the best use of their resources.

One option is "I might have understood if you'd only told me" others are things like "I hope you are right" or "The Circle does more harm than good" instead of "You're a murderer! The Grand Cleric, the mages, their blood is on your hands!"

 

The most obvious difference that I can tell that this causes is that it's impossible to let him help you save the mages and disapprove of his actions. If you side with Orisino and don't kill or exile him, all dialogue with him is supportive.

Because Yevhen's quest only appears if you import a save that has Nathaniel flagged as dead.

This whole issue is why I submitted some feedback to alter the Anders' fate tiles. I suggested that a tile be added for "Anders was exiled" and "Anders remained with Hawke" as an addition as well. It's not entirely clear in the Keep as it is and I can't remember the specifics of that scene.

Thanks for answers 1 and 3 are now clear for me or at least i hope so but still im little confused about talis ,as pretty much I didn't agree with her about qun but still helped her get list and in the end told to her "this was right thing to do" as diplomatic hawke so i guess i didn't made her angry ,it is hard to tell as pretty much every dialogue option even saying that you will kill her ends the same way in this dlc.

Well there are 3 responses you can react on anders blowing up chantry from what i renember you can said something like "you murderer you killed innocent people" ,  "you doomed all mages" and third option something about that was necessary so first 2 don't aprove anders actions for 2 different reasons and third approves.Still even if you disagree with him on that you can still spare him and let him go with you and for example support his goal mage freedom if you side with mages.

Hi.  I just barely got the beta approval and just started trying to use the Keep but it doesn't seem to be working?  After trying to use it for a moment I get an error and then a moment later it locks up and none of the buttons do anything.  I try refreshing it and it takes me back with none of the (few) choices I got in before it messed up saved.  I noticed it said syncing was down, but I'm not trying to sync any characters just make choices on a default selected character.  Any help please?  I was super excited to use the Keep but I'm getting really frustrated now.

I want my female Cousland to romance Leliana but marry Alistair as a purely political arrangement. 

 

Will DAI  properly reflect those choices?  Cause I don't want to load the game up and have Varric telling me my Warden romanced Alistair , I'd just rather not be queen in those circumstances.

What browser are you using? People are having the best luck with Chrome. Make sure you have any script/ad-blocking turned off. Also, try clearing your cache too.

It does actually allow this in the Keep but to say whether it will be properly reflected, that depends if the devs are willing to reveal such a thing.

Well I don't think who you romance in the end affects if you married Alistair, but how the game will address that who knows. You always use your headcanon and ignore anytime Alistair gets all romantic talking about your Warden. Good luck.

What do you mean by load saved world states? If you mean by  creating new worlds states, the limit is nine right now. If there is no ' +' sign next to the Saved world states then you have reached the limit of world states you can create.

No I mean I have a saved world state and can't get off it. I can create a new world state, but the active one that I edit in the keep won't actually change, so any changes are actually changing my saved world state. I want to start a different one or load another one I saved and play with it.

Yes I had been having problems with those as well.  However, I purged all of my World States and restarted as per their suggestion on the livestream last Friday.  Those you mentioned have stuck (for now) but I continue to have problems with those I mentioned.  At least I'm not the only one still having the issue.

They are mutually exclusive.If Nathaniel alive,he occupies the Deep Roads blocking Yevhen mission, If Nathaniel dead,Yevhen has free reign over the Deep Roads mission

Paramour is the best equivalent I've seen, I guess you can call Zev that if chosen instead.
