Are you running Adblock or similar software? There have been reports of it stopping the feedback script.

 

Thanks for pointing that out to me. I was going to try pausing Ad Block to see if that did it, and you were correct, it did just that.

Origins syncing isn't syncing character names, as such I have mulitple copies of couslands/aeducans etc of the same gender (past saves I assume) that have no identifyable factor as they all have the same name. Is this a bug?

 

Also the keep is not recognising any of my dragon age 2 saves even though I resynced and logged into DA2 multiple times over the last 2 days. What am I doing wrong? Sorry and thank you

What do you mean the names aren't syncing ? They all have the default name or all have the same custom name ? In any case if their faces and names are identical it doesn't matter which one you choose since you'll have to enter all their choices manually anyway.

The Keep doesn't sync any of your choices, you have to select all of them yourself. 

 

I don't know what to tell you about the default name, are you sure these are your actual Wardens/Hawkes and not the default ones ? You can uncheck 'Default Heroes' in the upper right corner to just see your custom ones. I've never seen anyone with Wardens/Hawkes syncing correctly except for their names.

Ok we are getting somewhere now, when I uncheck 'default heroes' only one DA Origins save comes up which is the playthrough I started 3 days ago (so is not very far along) but that has her correct face and name (but I obviously have more than this one save, don't know where all the others are).

If you still have your saves you could try reloading them, swapping your equipment around and then resaving them to see if they upload. It might take some time, in the twitch stream they said they had about a day long backlog. Also if you play on PC and have the console enabled, don't forget to disable it.

Thank you, I will try this, if it doesn't work I think I'll just wait for the open beta and see if things have changed in a few days time.

Okay forget all that, it seems I may have accidentally added the game content for the PC version, even though I don't have the PC version. Is there a way to undo this, or will there be a way to undo this in future? If not how do I contact staff about it?

there is a way kill archdemon, have baby, and have alistair live. he can be king or a drunk or a grey warden. I would suggest you pick alistairs status first then lock that choice so the solver will work around that.

You can have a normal baby with Morrigan and let Loghain kill the Archdemon,if that's what you mean lol.

If that is a screenshot from the Keep, remove it.  You are not supposed to take screenshots for ANY reason, not even to post here.

I can't delete world states in the Keep.

Everytime I try to delete one (I have 3 created) a pop up reads "You must have at least one world state".

What am I doing wrong?

I got that message if I tried to delete "New World State 1." If I rename it, save, then refresh my screen I can delete it. I don't know if this is a bug or the way it's supposed to work.

Hello again,can someone help with it?i used also survey.I geting same endings and same plots, i cant upload new custom heroes,and i geting blank page at on social bioware profile on DAO.By the way i am using turkish language support windows and i used to change to Turkey and America locations becouse theres the code error on DAO and i cant get DLCs so i changed my location and format on pc.Also i didnt used mods or debug on console etc.And upload data is enabled.I using Win 8.1. atmom.Same account didnt changed (only nickname changed on origin)

As I already said, you must manually go and enter those choices yourself, the Keep doesn't upload story data for custom heroes.

No one can get to their profile on BSN right now.

I broke it when i did a female warden that lived and killed the archdemon while Logain did the dark ritual it played fine until that point then crashed back to the tapestry 0.o

You do not import saves, at least not in the way most people wish.  First, go into options --- > Account and make sure uploading is enabled. Second, make sure you do not have the developer console enabled (Bioware has stated this will block uploading, so turn it off if you ever turned it on) Then, log into each character and unequip something, like your armor, quick save the game, put your armor back on, and quick save the game again.

 

You are done, but it will take a few hours for the Keep to process the data.  When it does, you will have your character's name, class, and portrait.  That's it.  Your game decisions do not and cannot be uploaded.  The reason for this is due to extensive bugs in the save files, the Keep allowing us to customize our world state is better, because we can make the proper decisions, for example if you didn't take Nathaniel with you to fight Mother, he dies.  No matter what.  Even if Vigil's Keep is saved, he still ends up flagged as dead in the save file (despite what the ending slides say), in fact everyone you leave behind gets flagged as dead, it's just Nathaniel is the only one that actually matters.  Anders and Justice return no matter what and the others don't return no matter what..  Bioware admitted it was a bug, but never fixed it.  I call it "the babysitter bug" :Þ  But, like I said you will get your portraits to recognize your characters, like my new avatar here on the forums is Olivia Cousland, my Templar friendly Queen of Ferelden, except in game she's  standing at the Cousland Estate with her father, Duncan, and Arl Howe, because I created her solely to get her name and portrait in the Keep :Þ

 

 

Should have specified that I meant just the names of the wardens and that's it. I don't really like the default names and made several that were my own characters.  Thanks.  I just turned off the developer console and deleted all my mods so I just need to wait a bit for it

I have some issues with DLC both for DAO and DA2.

 

DAO:

1) Feastday combo pack

 

I bought it from Origin.

It doesn't shown at BSN account and as unlock downloadable content in game itself

 

...

 

DA2:

1) Signature Edition Rewards

2) All-Class Item Pack

3) All-Class Item Pack2

 

I bought all from Origin.

My account Origin, BSN and Dragonage2 game itself see all three items as unlocked.

...

 

I raported this issues with Dragonage Keep Bug tool too.
