Anyhow, a question. I do not own Ultimate Edition, I purchased each and every DLC separately so I'd like to know this. If you add your Ultimate Edition to the BSN, do the DLCs appear on the https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php as separate entries? Do they not?

I own the UE (PC) and the DLC works fine. The problem is the platform not the edition.

Well then, I believe that's your problem.

 

Now, this is just my personal theory and it won't help anyone but if what you say applies to every owner of the Ultimate Edition then I believe what's happening is this: The Keep is checking with your account and if it sees a DLC serial coded attached to your account, it will unlock that DLC in the Keep for you. But since Ultimate Edition doesn't actually attaches the DLCs to your account as separate items, they won't appear unlocked in the Keep. What they need to do is to teach Keep to recognize UE serial codes and unlock all the DLCs should you own one. 

 

Edit. Or it's something completely different. But I like my theory. 

I suspected this already since having the games registered is also depended upon your characters showing up with the exception of the free character creator.  My DLC is also missing and I have the ultimate edition. It's not bothering me however.

I have the normal version (and the free DLC's (I think they were free...)) then I got awakening. Now I have UE as well and the only DLC that's not showing up is the feastday combo.

It's that still the case? They fixed that (at least for me) yesterday. Or do you mean it's not showing even in the LBSN?

It may be that the problem is not with every Ultimate Edition, just the console ones. Yeah I think that is sort if the problem. BSN had DLC data for PC users since it had to be registered there for use. PSN and Live served the same purpose for consoles meaning there was never a need for that data from consoles on BSN. And so yeah, that is where we are currently at.

Correct. For console users who had the Ultimate Edition for DAO most rewards and DLC will not show up yet... I believe they are still working on it. Even some rewards and DLC for DA2 may not show up as well. For me I do have the Ultimate Edition for Origins and all my achievements are up and the rewards are up... its the DLC and DLC items that wont show up right now for the moment.

I'm not worried about the combo pack. I dont know it it installed anyway.

No it appears they do not.

 

Right. I too have the Ultimate Edition and that's how I got the dlc.

I don't. I'm seeing a greyed-out Isabela for 'Gave Isabela to the Arishok' and Isabela with arms spread but no chains for 'Didn't give Isabela to the Arishok'. And the tiles match the text.

Saw it like that last night, but it looked right before I went to bed. Maybe try clearing your cache?

Could be. I've got the Ultimate Edition of DA:O for the 360 and I haven't had a single character or achievement show up yet, despite several attempts at different workarounds.

 

It's hard to be categoric though. From what I've seen here, everyone seems to have different issues, irrespective of the package  they own, the platform they play on, or the browser they're using. It all seems to be very random.

That's the edition I have too and no DLC. But none of my DA2 DLC is showing either, so I think there's an issue with DLC in general.

Yup. I have absolutely nothing showing for DA2 (no characters, no achievements), even though it says it has detected my ownership during syncing. As I say, random!

 

On the plus side, it does look as if we might be able to rebuild the records manually once the thing is finalised and up and running.

I can't access the tapestry. 

The Keep is forcing me to re-sync (which isn't working because I have mods galore and i need to figure out how to deactivate the dev console lol), so its sending me to the default heroes ( which is fine ), but if I want to choose a default hero it won't let me. The Keep is saying that World State is locked and won't let me move past the DA:O default warden selection. 

 

I've been in the keep before with multiple world states, and the only one that i locked was the one that I had planned for my first playthrough of DA:I. Can anyone help?

Sounds like you redid on boarding while a locked world state was active. Only solution I know of is to try refreshing. Eventually you should just end up in the tapestry.

Honestly, I've never visited BSN before this exercise. Never had any need to. I do play the games with the "upload" box checked, but I've never had to mess around online before.

 

To be clear, I'm not saying it's BW's fault and I fully accept it may be difficult to diagnose, but I suspect this is how the majority of players play, in which case it's surely going to be a nightmare post-launch?

All of my DLC was registered with the BSN, so it's not just that. But I know the Devs are working on this issue and it's not going to affect my game since I can make the DLC choices in the Keep. So I'll just patiently wait until it's fixed since all it's really just a nice little perk in the Career area of the Keep.

 

Edited to add: I mean my DA2 DLC. My DAO DLC was included in the Ultimate Edition.
