This is a breathtakingly dumb question I know, but I just got into the keep and all but I don't know where to actually start. I sync my data, I got to select a hero but I don't actually know how to do that and how I can get started on making choices/worldstates/etc.

 

If you see the "beta feedback" button on the top of the page, click that and select "tapestry tutorial". See if that can help you.

Do you have the 'Select this hero' button below the artwork with characters? When I logged in for the first time it was hidden from sight (I used ctrl- to make it visible).

When you made a world state did you export it to Inquisition?

I doubt that's a going to be a feature since it's already in the old bioware social network, plus that's a gameplay mechanic and not a story based one which is what the keep is all about.

 

Maybe the Dragon Age HQ will have that?

Can't seem to get my wardens to sync.  Can  anyone help me out on this?  360 version and I logged into the DA servers as on it as well. Do I need to use a usb to transfer them then?

There is an issue with syncing that they are still working like mad to fix.  I've tried every trick suggested over the past few months, and I have never gotten a warden from any of my 360 playthroughs to sync.  Don't worry, though.  This is still beta.

If it's the keep then it's a known issue and we're just waiting on the devs to fix it.

 

Did you follow everything the guides said on the first post for BSN sync?

 

I had problems with my 360 files but managed to get at least one of every Warden to sync to BSN (it will synch your DA:O and DLC versions) What I did was I went into the game (it won't work if the save you select just goes to the credits), messed around with the warden by un equipping some armor then re equipped it. Then saved the game again. After two hours the Warden showed up on BSN.

I also delected any corrupt files that showed up on the diagnostic page.

I also just wanted to quick note that, personally, I am not too worried about getting my wardens to sync.  **If** they add the ability to change the default name in the Keep, and then there is a way to customize the character's look in Inquisition, I am more than good.  The stats not syncing doesn't bug me much.  Those are already listed on my computer, the 360, and the old BSN, so it not being in a fourth place doesn't bother me much.  Lol.  

 

I do understand how some people do want that though.  This is just me.

What also annoys me is that for having a 100% completion rate for DLCs, people should have to buy twice the same content: for instance, DAO prank and gift pack. I posess the prank dlc and the gift DLC, but I cannot reach the 100% rate because I have not bought the "pack" dlc containing both. Yep, that's small problems, but enough for my OCD sense to tingle (and same thing for DA2 armor packs)

Same for me here. It's a known issue. The devs are working on it.

I have a new problem that just started a couple days ago. When I go to the "Heroes" section from the menu I just get an error that reads like this:

And then none of my heroes load and the page is just left blank aside from the menu bars at the top and the background. So I try to resync using the debug thing and it works fine up until it gets to the "choose a hero" part for DA2. As soon as I click on the button to choose it gives me the same error and I can't proceed. And now when I go to the "Hero" section of the DA2 tapestry it's just blank and when I click it it gives me the error. This is on a PC with Chrome. I've tried clearing the cache but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It seems like this probably just started after the last update since I didn't have a problem before. Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but I am replaying DA2 currently. Could that somehow be screwing it up?

But it is possible to just have a fling with Morrigan and in the end choosing, say, Lelianna for example as the romance option.

 

As for my suggestion on how to fix it, i'll copy paste part of the feedback I send Bioware.

Nope, she will comment on it in witch hunt if you did. She cant absorb the soul if she isnt there.

Yea, it would be nice if you bought the seperate DLC's, you also get the check for the combined one or the other way around. Or even simplier, just take out the package ones and if someone bought the package before, they get in these 'achievements' the seperate ones.

How is it possible for the Warden (any anyone else who could die)  to be alive then? I was able to not bring Morrigan with me to the final battle after performing the dark ritual, everyone survived. I didn't play Witch Hunt with that file so I don't know if this dialogue o.O

Hmm... that is weird.  Did you report it using the feedback button in the Keep?  I can test this when I get home tonight, too.  Tried it just now with no problems.

Funny thing, I bought the All Class Item sets for DA2 (double checked my email receipts) and the DA2 DLC section is showing me as having the Fighter, Rogue, and Mage packs and not the All Class Packs, so I don't even think it is possible to get 100% in DA2 DLC atm.
