was it working just fine before this update? Since people frequently have trouble with the Keep with any version of IE 9 and below.

You could try Firefox. I know someone earlier said firefox doesn't work, but firefox and chrome work for me. I sure there are other browser than IE,FF or Chrome to try.

I had firefox for a while, it's alright but it's not working either as stated by a previous poster

Seems to be working for me, again. Tried accessing it in IE and it loaded up just fine. Hopped back over to Chrome to check and its working there, too. Trying a different browser seems to be a good solution to the infinite loading screen.

I've tried logging into the Keep with Chrome just now. I can successfully log in, and it takes me to a tapestry for a world state that somebody shared with me. (Not my currently loaded DA:I world state, and not the world state that I was looking at before the update.) Navigating off of this page is impossible because I just get the "oops, an error occurred" alert for any and every action I take.

EDIT: Further testing indicates that it actually isn't "any and every action". I get the "oops" alert when the Keep opens (it goes straight to the tapestry as before) and when I try to access other world states. I can, however, edit the current world state and use the social tabs.

If you find things still are wonky for you, try clearing your cache, closing your browser, re-opening it and visiting the Keep again.

Earlier, I couldn't, and closing the browser/clearing cache didn't work either. I stepped away for a few minutes, though, and it's fine now. I...won't look a gift halla in the mouth?

Anyone else having problems with the Last Court not loading after the new update took effect?  New update applied, everything works/looks great - except now when I click on the Last Court tab, I just get a black screen with the Seeker flamey-eye and nothing, no load screen, no "error" message, nothing.  The other tabs all work fine.  Yes, I'm using chrome, no, haven't had any problems loading the Keep or Last Court before.  I already submitted a bug report in the beta feedback, and hope this is just a temp issue that's being resolved.  I want to play my market day guys

Have you tried going to The Last Court directly instead of going through the Keep ? This is the direct link.

I hope Bioware adds a Add Friend button on the keep a direct way to bypass the Pending/Deleted Invitations because as someone who doesnt use Origin I dont have it on my PC so I cant use that method to add my friends to my Keep Friends.And trust me I have tried Downloading it but it gives me nothing but problems so heres hoping.

I have a question (asked in several questions), and I imagine it sounds stupid (I'm tired). So excuse me if my explanation sounds horribad, brain's been weird all day.

 

My husband and I both will be playing DA:I, obviously with two different save files. We share an origin account. And we both have several different wardens and various versions of Hawke. I just logged in after not checking in on it in a while, and noticed the 'export to DA:I' up in the corner. It was for the current loaded one. Will I be able to export different world states (we have a few)? Like... when I start a new game in DA:I, will I only be able to choose from the current one that is exported there? If I load the current one into a new game, will my husband be able to load one of his own world states into the keep without it affecting my game?

 

I apologize if it's been asked before, couldn't find anything. And I wasn't exactly sure how to word it in google lol

Easy enough - Start the game and make sure your worldstate is set to be exported, Once you've started the game you then can set your husbands worldstate to be exported ready for when he wants to play

It's weird, after my little rant yesterday, today i arrived, changed one thing (Irving being dead) and my world was sorted.

 

My only issue left, which is one I think is left because I have the world state locked is I have a world state where my female Cousland is in a relationship with Morrigan apparently. I've reported it as a bug but not sure if it will get fixed. The way to fix it would be to unlock it. However I'm kind of intrigued to see if I can upload it to DA:I.

This is probably a stupid question, but I just want to be sure: when I go to log into the Keep, it says I have two personas, one on the Xbox and one on the PC (showing my Xbox gamertag and my Origin username respectively).  The thing is, I've never played the PC versions of the games - I don't even own a PC.  Is this just reflecting the fact that I have an Origin account, or am I bugged?  Thanks!

It just reflecting you have an origin account. I have the same thing except is playstation and pc.

Did any Bioware trailers get shown recently that absolutly confirms and shows off the ability to edit Hawke and/or Warden's appearance in Dragon Age Inquisition?
