Did any Bioware trailers get shown recently that absolutly confirms and shows off the ability to edit Hawke and/or Warden's appearance in Dragon Age Inquisition?

I really don't want to use the defaults...

Several people who have played the game have confirmed that we can change Hawke's appearance.

Does it work like CC? Does it happen right before we meet him?

Nope, but they said they were looking into it being able to do that, or we can do that ingame along with changing Hawke's appearance?

If someone is going to answer this question, please put it in a spoiler bit... I don't want to find out until I play the game...

We don't know.

BW  has confirmed on Twitter that the Warden does not appear in DA:I, that Hawke does, and that it will be possible to customise his/her appearance. Whether that's a full in-game Character Creator or some other form of "customisation" no one has said. It does seem though that BW is very well aware that we will want our Hawke and not the defaults, and so they've made it possible for us to have that.

Which is nice!   :)

I know Hawke is showing up in the game... I was more concerned about finding out when his CC screen is going to pop up... I want to find out while playing, so that on my first playthrough, instead of thinking about the upcoming Hawke CC screen, I just play the game..

Not the tweet about Hawke showing up. The tweet where they say there will be a cc if a character returns

Well most likely hawke showing up is a surprise it itself to those who arn't aware of it, so unfortunately the CC will likely also be a surprise.

Okay...

What, exactly, does this have to do with my request that if someone is going to post, in this thread, when Hawke's CC is going to appear in Inquisition, that they put it in a spoiler thingie?

Or, in my case, fortunately it'll be a surprise...  As I said, I do not want to know when that CC is going to appear in the game before I get to that point in the game...

Has anyone else had a world state show a custom Mage Hawke with Bethany still alive? Maybe the problem could be that the custom Hawke's class(the portrait does show the male Mage btw) wasn't synced to the Keep properly and caused him to be recognized as rouge or warrior instead?
I would prefer to keep that world state as is with Bethany alive and Hawke a Mage, but I'm also worried that could cause a problem when/if that WS is imported into DA:I.

That is an invalid world state and should reported as a bug. Warrior/Rogue Hawke gets Bethany. Mage Hawke gets Carver. If I wanted Bethany the solver would tell me to change my Hawke to the correct class.

This is a small issue, I suppose, but my Dragon Age II game never synced properly with the old BSN after I finished Act I, so a lot of my achievements never uploaded. Is there any way to get them into the Keep?

Boot up Dragon Age II. Sign in at the main menu of Dragon Age II. Then play for about an hour and the keep should synced your achievements. When checking on the keep make sure you clear your cache before checking.

When I load up DA:I and try to start playing with a custom world state (that I already exported to the game from the keep website) is what I named the world state supposed to show up? Because every time I try to start a new game with one of my saved world states all it says is "Custom World State" not what I originally named it.

And the one time I played through, someone in game mentioned Anora was queen, but in the world state I supposedly imported she wasn't supposed to be.

Is there anyway to tell that my imported world state actually went to my game?

Make sure the time stamps in the keep and in the DA:I match when looking at world states

So it's been about, let's see, two weeks or so now since the Career section added in that option to report tiles not unlocked that should be; right? Well I did just that likely the day of the implementation of this system, and after checking back a few times after I reported the tiles, nothing has changed. I still see the same old "We are looking into this for you. Check back soon for an update." When exactly does "soon" mean was my first question, my second is being able to unlock tiles on my own. I noticed I could do this with some rewards, and I got worried I might have messed up and now I won't be able to unlock those other ones.

I do hope I come back "soon" and see that the tiles have indeed been unlocked, which should be easy for the DA guys to do since they can correspond the achievements I have from those DLCs and Rewards as a way of cross checking.

I know in the long run it won't make a nug of a difference, but it's more the feeling I get upon seeing everything correctly set. Even if those DLC and Reward tiles mean nothing to Inquisition, they mean something to me.
