The "personas" that it is reading are all the accounts, across all platforms, that are tied to the Origin account that is logging into the Keep...

 

If it is saying "Xbox 0 Playstation 0 PC 1", it means that, at present, you have no PSN account linked to the Origin account you are using.  You can still load up a world state into a PS4 version of the game...  You will just need to link your PSN account to your Origin account first.  And DAI will ask you to do this by asking you to sign in to your Origin account when you first start up DAI on the PS4...

 

So why does mine say I have 2 PC personas? Is it because I have this account and Origin?

It's weird for me as it says I have an Xbox, Playstation and PC persona but I only have a PC and have never owned any console system except an Atari 2600 when I was a kid.

Wonder why it reads it that way.

It's probably your Origin account.

So, it still gives me that "oops, an error has occurred", then tells me to refresh. I do so, and the vicious cycle continues. I've followed the troubleshoot steps where you need to clear cookies and log out and such, but it's never worked for me. I have used two different devices, so I know device failure isn't a problem (both iPad and laptop (where I use Chrome)). I've wanted to get this fixed for quite a while now and have been searching through some of the forums and even went directly to the Keep's twitter to see what could help me there, but all I ever end up seeing is the troubleshoot steps, which have not worked for me in the slightest. Has anyone else gone through this struggle and knows how to help? It would be much appreciated.

Could it be an issue with your modem/router firewall? That's the only thing I can think of that could cause both an iPad and a laptop to have the same issue.

One is your account and the other is your profile on the legacy BSN where the game used to send characters to

No, I don't believe so. I've been trying at three different locations, and it still refuses to work for me. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Could it possibly be my account? I'm not sure how it could affect much, but I guess it may be a possibility. Should I try making a separate account and see if it might work? I feel like trying that would just screw everything up. I tend to do that, much to my dismay. Especially when it comes to technology (though that's pretty obvious already, isn't it).

Honsetly?  I don't know why there'd be two PC personas...  Or why you'd have an Xbox and PSN linked if you've never used them...

 

On the Keep log in screen, though, you can click on the connected personas list, and see exactly what usernames(on each platform) are connected to your Origin account...  If you don't recognize them at all, it might be time to go to the manage account screen at Origin.com, or contact EA support, to get them unlinked...

Hi! The second persona you're seeing is the Dragon Age persona. They're created when you play - but I completely understand how they might be confusing. We can take them out in a future build. I hope this helps!

go to world state page.(click on icon in the left top corner for the left menu to show up) click on the world state you want to delete. a screen will pop up and on that screen there is a trash bin icon. click that to delete that world state.

Well, the Xbox makes sense cause as I said, I originally had Origins on the Xbox.  But thanks I'll see if I can check that.

Hey, I no longer see a pencil icon to edit the name and description of my world states. Has that been removed or moved somewhere else?

It used to be static.... At least, it was back on Wednesday... I just checked, and mine has changed to the time of logging into the Keep...

Yeah it seems to update when you login instead when you exported it.
