Oh, and one more thing about playthrough states - after the game takes my save to conected it with my new started playthrough in DA: I, the Keep changes my Warden&Hawke for default, not only portrait, but also their names. Is that normal?

yes, the game doesn't use the custom characters.

The popup screen is the preview to playthrough states(Similar to the preview screen of the editable world states).Not a bug.

I don't know if this has been addressed or not, if so I apologize as to I am just getting into the keep and Inquisition, It has been many years since I played my Dragon Age games and I do not remember any of my choices in the games, so my question is, when both origins and 2 sync, are all my choices automatically the first ones shown?
No, you have to manually pick your choices. The choices you see are default choices and are just coincidence that they are similar to some of the choices you made in DA:O and DAII. All the import does is import your character's gender,name,race,class,origin(DA:O), and picture of them.

The data is already in the Keep if you've been playing while connected to origin (and possibly the tiles already made), we just can't access it
They're probably waiting for enough time to pass so people can finish their playthroughe before we can see our choices.

Why is there conflicting information everywhere? The old BSN site reports DA:O and DAII data is read-only... yet Keep is supposed to import that information? So... it won't import a new play-through (since I can't remember anything of the first or second game in any amount of detail...)?
What's the point of Keep then? This is a frustrating tool that won't make it's intentions clear. I jump on DA:I, get prompted with a "Go to Keep!" button.. and I'm pushed into a page where it looks like it's supposed to let me import previous experience, but it doesn't seem to want to work in any real capacity.

Because it's for all games from now on. Much easier than buggy save game imports. They've wanted to do this for a long time and it works great.

I had a followup question to this... when the DAI stuff is added to the Keep, will it be the same as with the other games where we make decisions for our world state, or will it just reflect the decisions we actually made in a playthrough?

Decisions from DAI are being uploaded, but you should be able to edit them once DAI is added by moving the world state to the editable world state sections.

Thanks! That's what I was hoping to hear.
I think I want to change my choice of Divine, but I didn't want to redo all those hours of gameplay I did want to keep just to alter a relatively minor decision. Being able to tweak that in the Keep would be great.
The biggest fail I have discovered so far in the tapestry is that in my DA:O playthrough I killed Leliana over the sacred ashes incident, but she is alive and well in DA:I. Would love if she was replaced in DA:I by another character model since that is a big game change that would impact and make for a nice diffrent playthrough.
Otherwise a great game that I like the more I play and discover new things.
I think I'm having the same issues as others. The main one for me us "custom heroes unavailable". Anyone know how to fix this?
I spent the best part of 2 days getting the Keep to sync with the rest of my game data and success - now my "points" (or trophies, w/e) are now showing up and being counted for both Origins and DA2. But the one thing that hasn't fixed is the custom heroes. I know you get to customise all the events within the keep, but the look / icon / name of my characters is very important to me.
My PSN account is connected with Origin, all boxes for uploading data in the menu of the games are ticked, I've been playing them all today in the hopes that something will update and my Wardens and Hawkes will appear, but no luck. I *know* the data is there somewhere, as DA2 can import data from Origins saves that are no longer on my PS3 - they must be uploaded somewhere and accessible. Somehow the Keep doesn't seem able to find or display them.
Dunno if it's related but BSN says the data for these games is "read only".
I haven't found a specific fix for this issue yet. It said the same thing over a month ago (though back then no game data showed at all).
Any ideas?

It says there is no worldstats. I tried in the keep to export with locked worldstats and unlocked worldstats, in Chrom and in IE. Also I renamed it.
