Cant log into the keep.  I have been trying to log into the keep to change my story around for a new playthrough and I cant get past the log in screen, I put in the correct info but it just keeps sending me back to the log in screen, No saying wrong password or anything. Please help!

Is syncing no longer working because of the Origins data being read only now? My character has shown up in Player Profile Diagnostics but isn't showing up in the Keep. It's been 3ish hours.

BSN being read-only won't stop you from importing your heroes.

 

For some people it could take over a day. You did hit resync in the Keep right?

Hi. Got an Origin account yesterday, synched my DA:O and DA:2 saves when Xbox Live returned, and set up my custom heroes and world state in the Keep. I checked back recently in preparation for the PSN possibly returning, so I could export to DA:I. 

Really weird problem.

My custum Hawk is still there. My world state is the same. But my custom Warden has gone missing and been replaced by default heroes. I've tried resyncing it several times but none of my DA:O heroes will show up. Yet Hawk is working fine.

I've had a long three days trying to play DA:I, and the Keep doing this to me isn't helping. Any possible fixes?

So the custom warden doesnt show in the hero tab either?

Nope. It's been replaced by the default hero of the same class/race/gender. None of my custom Wardens are available. I'm not sure what's going on.

Edit: And now my Warden magically returned for some inexplicable reason. *shrug*

Seems it's fixed for you then.

 

Be aware though that the game does not use the custom heroes (due to a rather flimsy excuse about images and naughty names)

I think I remember hearing about that, along with a rumour that if you meet Hawk in-game, and you have a custom world, it brings you to a face customization screen for him/her. 

Any truth to that?

If this has been asked, I apologize, but I didn't see it.

 

When you watch the Tapestry and all the choices you made, anyone know why when you get to the end (just before it goes into the Inquisition back story) it only seems to show the Hero of Fereldan and Champion of Kirkwall as Lyna wielding a bow and Marian holding a sword? I've tried a few different variations to the Hero and Champion yet it always showcases those two characters. Is that a bug with the keep?

Hello. I have a weird problem in that I have a copy of both DA:O, which I got at release and had some DLC for, and DA:O Ultimate Edition, which I got on sale sometime this year as it was cheaper than buying the individual DLC that I didn't have yet. Plus I think I was having problems with getting some of the DLC installed manually from the downloads section on the Bioware site, etc, so I just bought the UE to make it simple. I'm not terribly surprised by this, but the Keep is only importing the characters from the regular version of DA:O and not the Ultimate edition. The keep is using the achievements from my Ultimate Edition copy as I just earned a couple achievements in the UE version and they show up in the Keep. I couldn't even find the old normal edition saves on my computer, so I think the characters from the basic copy were already in the online database. Is there any way to force the Keep to look at my UE saves? 


E: Before posting this I checked to see if I had the UE registered on the Bioware Social thingie, which I did not. I've registered it now, but I'm still not seeing my UE characters show up. I'll get back if time/log outs/etc fix the issue. I hope there's not too many others with this incredibly specific issue.

When will it update? I heard it updates about 2 weeks and two weeks have passed but there dose not seem to be any changes.

Alright. So I registered my DA:O UE with as many things as possible, including the Origin store. I started a new hero last night and he's since popped up in the roster. Good enough for me.

I have a problem with syncing it corretly to Dragonkeep

 

I played Dragon age II first on ps3. ( same email as bioware and origin)

- But I dont have the game anymore. (sold it and delete it from my ps3

 

Then Recently before DA: I came out. I played Dragon age origina ultimate ediition on steam

- Player profile is not the same as my bioware and origin account.

 

Following problem :

 

1) weird but I can see the profile pic of my hero in DA O and the same name.

 

2) I can see the profil pic but i played as female, It shows in Dragon keep a female.

 

3) Achievements are shown only from  Dragon age II but none from Dragon age origins.

 

As I understand ps3 is correctly linked to dragonkeep ( achievements)

 

 

 

But I resolve the problem with Dragon age origins? Can I merge 2 gamer profile together?  When I click on Player profile in the game of Dragon origns. It says the player profile dont exist. Can I link to my (original) bioware/origin account? If that doesnt work, can I link it with my origin account that gamer profile from Da: O? I also registered the product key to bioware account but like say DA origins player profile is different than the one from my bioware/origin account.

That's not a bug, DAI doesn't import your Warden's name so when the data is resent back to the Keep, the Keep just assigns the Warden the default character (which includes the default name) for Origin/Race/Class combo. It is working as intended. You can just copy the world state into the ditable states once you are done with it and change the associated Warden if the name is a big deal to you, although it is unlikely that the name will be imported in any future games.

EDIT: So I managed to solve this one. I ended up uninstalling and then reinstalling the game on my Xbox One and that got it working. Just for anyone else who might end up running into this.

 

 

Right so maybe someone can help me out here.

 

I'm on a xbox one and seem to be having a problem where DA:I isn't identifying my custom world state. I exported my world state through the dragon age keep (there is a green check) and made sure that the accounts were linked. I even revoked access through the origin app and then reconnected through my xbox to make sure. But no dice. DA:I is still telling me to visit the keep and make a world state. Apparently to DA:I my world state is non-existent.

 

Anyone know anything about this? I'd really appreciate any help I could get on this.

I have a serious issue with Dragon Age Keep. I have pre-ordered DA:I on my PS3 through the PSN Store and tried multiple times to send a custom world state through that closely resembles the playthrough I accomplished in Origins a while back. Although the Tapestry isn't as flexible as you believe because I have been able to have multiple relationships with Morrigan and Leliana simultaneously during the same campaign as well as marry Anora and kill Loghain with my Warden in that same storyline. Anyway, that's a different issue asking for the import saves again.

 

Back to topic; I have recently got DA:I for my PS4 and tried this process. Once again it tells me that it has exported the custom worlds to the game successfully, yet when I go through nothing shows up but the default state that comes with the game. Before you mention, yes I have checked my Email, Origin account and PlayStation login name EVERY time and everything checks out. I have now tried making multiple custom world states and nothing is exported from the Tapestry and sent through to either of my consoles to be imported.

 

I have exported from the Tapestry before starting up the game, I haven't left out that detail. I've done everything I can to check over every single step and followed everything as best I can. I have checked forums and it looks like next to no one is experiencing this kind of problem. My internet connection works fine and I can sign in fine. So I don't know why.

 

Please help me fix this, because right now I cannot enjoy the game fully.
