I have been having issues with DA Keep all day.  Everything went smoothly as I made my custom world state.  however, once I went to play the game, the game only detected the default world state.  DA Keep says that I successfully exported the world state, and I can't find anything that has helped me.  Keep just won't work. I locked all of the decisions, I made sure Origin and Inquisition were on the same drive, I hit the big export button and it told me the custom world state would replace the default one.  I can't think of what might be causing this failure, and I have spent hours troubleshooting. Keep seems to work for almost all PC users just fine, but it won't for me.  Can someone help me please?

 

This may be a silly question, but do you start DAI outside of Origin? At least to start a new game I open up Origin, make sure I'm online, and then launch DAI. As long as my internet connection was solid I haven't had a problem. Make sure to save a few times (probably not necessary, but I like to have a hard save and not just an autosave), just in case.

I'm new in this Dragon Age Keep, and I wanted to import my hero I played in Dragon Age Origins into Dragon Age Inquisition. I know how to do everything to achieve "that" (even if not sure it works or not because never tryed before). But my main problem is that Dragon Age Keep doesnt "see" my heroes. I have 3 heroes in DAO, one with story full complete, and 2 in "process". But when I log in DAK, it recognise my DAO achievements and data, but I dont found any hero. Whats more, I tryed to search for info in the forums and waited for uploading, (I read that you have to wait up to 24h and I waited 48+) and I even found this page that I dont remember right now, that is supposed to help you with the matter, but since yesterday that I have no answer.

Could anyone give me a hand with this?

You don't say if your Wardens are showing up under the legacy BSN. I know the sync is still working because I recently created some Wardens and Hawkes and they did show up under my games on the old forums, and then in the Keep. If your Wardens don't show on the Legacy BSN, open up your old games, making sure you're logged into the servers, change inventory or something, and save.

Yes. I can launch it straight from the desktop. I go through Origin as my usual practice. Maybe it's just me, but I want to make sure nothing interferes with synching.

I do. I guess I didn't explain well. I can launch DAI straight from the desktop without Origin. As a rule, I open Origin first and then launch the game, but I can skip Origin.

Just a quick question. Am I the only one who have Jaws of Hakkon's choices set as hidden in the Keep even if I have set the spoiler as active?

I'd like to know how that is possible. I just closed out of Origin, clicked the DAI icon on my desktop, and immediately got a prompt to update Origin. In my experience, the game won't launch without Origin running.

 

Edit: I may have answered my own question. Are you running physical rather than digital version? If not, then I'd really like to know your secret!

Ah, you're right. I am. I reckon I've started to lose track of which games are originally digital dl and which are originally disc install.

Hi,

I have a problem with naming my World States - it gives me an error saying that a world state with that name already exists, even though it was deleted before.

Example:

I make a world state called "World State - Canon", later delete it, make another World State, try to give it the same name but get this error.

Is there a solution to this?

I had the same problem.. I don't know if it's a matter of time before the name is available again.

Since I couldn't wait I solved by adding a further space between two words.

I'm wondering if more DA:I choices will be added to the Keep. It seems weird that two sort of big ones (Dorian/Iron Bull romance and Clan Levellan's fate) are mentioned in Trespasser, but have no representation in the Keep.

After passing DLC The Descent in Keep not opened an alternative choice. Please if any one does not complicate reset screenshot keep with this choice.

I got an issue, see if you can fix it. When it linked to my playstation it synced with my sons name not mine. When I first went on the keep it wouldn't let me fix it. I still can not fix this issue. It did download my characters after a big struggle with it but now all that I dl. is gone. Luckily like someone wrote it keeps what it needs to keep. Of course now it won't sync.

As far as syncing with your playstation, that might be an issue with your EA account, not the Keep in particular.

 

If you meant to say "all that I did is gone" meaning it didn't import your choices, that's normal. The Keep does not import choices and you must manually fill it out.

why few tiemes that reproduce the cinematics scenes of dragon age keep the browser appear grey and only listen the sound...is a bug problem in different browsers?i check in Firefox and explorer 11.

 

this happen in circle broken scene each time we need ignore this reproduce movie or the cinematics have this bug of gray screen and only listen the music.

 

 

this only happen in the elf dalish origin of DAO.

What are all of the Dragon Age Keep slides for for the Jaws of Hakkon DLC? I could swear I did everything there was to do in that dlc. 

 

There are five slides:

1. Discovered and met Ameridan

2. The dragon was slain

3. Earned a legend-mark from the Avvar

4. Hidden

5. Shared the truth (about Ameridan)

 

What did I fail to do? I even met up with the elven woman from the university and helped her find a monument to several of Ameridan's friends.

#4 is the Nox Morta. However, just because it shows as hidden when looking at the entire panel of 5, if you click on it the second tile (hunted it down) might be available. That's what it looks like for me.
