Anyone else having problems accessing the keep? The only thing happening for me is I get a "500 Internal Server Error" and it has looked that way since yesterday. Kinda annoying as I want to start a new character because I didn't use the keep when I created my first character

I didn't read this entire thread as it's super long now but I looked at a several pages and didn't see anything about the issue I'm having but I apologize if it's already been posted about and I missed it. The problem I'm having is that when I delete a character from Origin, DA2, or Inquisition, the character still shows up in the Keep. But my achievements are updated, so it seems like the games and the keep are synched but the old, deleted characters are still there. I'm playing on PC through Origin. I've tried going to my profile on BSN and going to the profile diagnostics page to delete my old wardens but i get the error message "invalid persona/game combination". I only have one account that I use for all EA and dragon age related things so I don't know why that's happening.

By deleted, do you mean you deleted them in the game?  The game originally uploaded some information to our servers, if you had that enabled (which is what the profile diagnostics page exposed).  If you want them deleted, you should be able to just delete them in the Keep, the same as you would have done in the profile diagnostics page.

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I seem to be having an issue with linking my DA Keep account to my PSN account. I used the same email for both of them, and started up Inquisition. It said it logged in to the servers, but I never had to sign in. The main issue i'm having is that it still says "no personas found" under the playstation section of the Account Check on DA Keep. I searched for hours to a solution and all I could find is that the PSN account should have been linked once I played Inquisition online. Is there a way I can manually link the two? I can't load a custom world state because of this. I thank you for your time.

So I remember this being a problem back before Inquisition came out, but I figured it would've been addressed by now... but seemingly nothing?

 

When doing the Broken Circle choices on the tapestry for DA:O, it won't let me actually put the choices I made because of stupid conflicts. In-game, I was able to recruit Wynne, save Irving in battle, then agree that they shouldn't take any risks and cull the other mages (as per Cullen's suggestion). But the Keep won't let me recruit Wynne and agree to Cullen's suggestion, nor will it let me keep Irving alive and agree to Cullen's suggestion.

 

The latter I didn't mind as much because Irving's life is not really much concern to me (still annoying though), but agreeing to kill the remaining mages feels like an important decision in regard to my Warden's personality... And I'd rather not lose Wynne either. Not that it will probably ever matter in the long run (like most of the **** on the keep which will never matter).

Are you sure? It's been awhile since I played but I thought you had to agree with Cullen or not before heading up to Uldred and Wynne will fight you if you do. I think Irving has to be dead for you to go with Cullen's plan. Gregor says he will stand down if Irving says so. I ask because you wouldn't be the first to claim they did something that was impossible.

I wanted to avoid posting on the forums in case i risked asking a question that has already been answered, but I cannot seem to find a solution to my problem. Maybe I'm just wording it oddly, idk, but anyways...

 

For a while my Hawke was in the keep, I was able to export him to DAI and everything just fine. But I was hoping to check on his info in the keep because when I first exported him to DAI, it was more so a test and at the time I hadn't even made it to Act 2 in DA2 so i had hardly any progress on him. So I went to check and see if he was there, and make changes in his profile in the keep, up to where i currently was in the game. But when I went to check he wasnt on any of my world states. I even checked the DAI profile I had imported him to and he wasnt there either. However, in the heroes tab he appears and it says he does not belong to any world states. So I guess my main question is, how do I get him into a world state, with him already being in the heroes tab? I'm generally confused because he was in a world state, I never deleted it, and now he isn't. I hope someone can help me out, this has been bugging me a lot and is holding me back from playing DAI more as I would love to export my Hawke into dai...

I haven't been on the DA Keep for a while and I've noticed that the Heroes now have a section for uploading portraits.  My Wardens and Hawkes are fine, but my Inquisitors have a generic green Inquisitor logo.  Now, I'm puzzled where the portraits in DA: I supposed to be so I can upload it to the Keep.  Anyone know?

So I was checking my hero warden state. She is a mage, romanced Allistair and convinced him to stay with the wardens. Leaving Anora on the throne. But the only option in the Tapestry for that is my warden to die or Allistair to die. I am just confused by it. It actually makes no sense to me. Is that glitchy? It's kind of odd to have that as a playable option in Origins if it cannot directly translate over to the Keep.

You have to make sure the far right option under the Companions tab says that Alistair had the Old God Baby with Morrigan, that should allow your desired world state

It's because the Keep checks for error after every change rather than requiring a save button or when you quit. Since the Warden and Alistair living is impossible without someone doing Morrigan's ritual, the Keep will flag you if you don't already have the ritual tile done.

 

In generic terms, If A and B are mutually exclusive unless C, then C must be done first.

Okay, sorry I thought I wrote this out but I don't know who can help, when I go to play DAI it still has the price come up even though I preordered the Deluxe Edition on PS4 and installed it and played it, I'm pretty sure on the day I got it. It isn't a major thing but if it affects later games or anything I would like to know if there is anything I can do about it?

So I'm having an issue...

 

I've had DA:I since day one.  On day one, I tried the whole dragon age keep thing and it wouldn't link to my XBL account, saying I had already linked it.  I figured it was just a typical day one bug that would be fixed down the line so I played DA:I on the default world settings... finished the game and put it up.

 

Well, I dusted the game off recently and decided to try the dragon age keep again to see if it would actually link my XBL account.  Upon attempting, it still said it was linked to another account.  The problem is, I've checked every email address I've ever had since getting XBL thinking "Oh, it's bioware... I may have linked it back in Mass Effect" and there's nothing.  I don't know is there a way to figure out what email address I may have used for it or is this seriously something that glitched for me on day one and I'm SOL?

So i tried using the Dragon Age Keep but cant.

 

I load the page then all it gives me is the "Chantry Loading Sign", but it doesn't actually load.. it just stays there. Have tried everything i can think of and have even searched all over Google but i cant find any solution.. so i came here hoping someone could give me some insight or advice on what to do..

So I've turned off spoiler hiding, and for the most part, it worked. But for some reason, the bulk of options from Jaws of Hakkon remain marked as "hidden." I completed the DLC, so what the heck? How can I fix this?

So i'm going to buy a PS4 next week together with DA:I. However, I'm not planning on buying PS Plus just yet, because of money reasons. Does that mean I won't be able to transfer my Custom World State from the Keep to my game? Because I think I'll have to borrow some money if I can't...

I was wondering if there is any place to check the status of the Dragon Age servers? It's very odd, but today, yesterday and Wednesday--I have not been able to log in, in game. Keeps saying my connection to the Dragon Age server is lost. I was able to sign in on Tuesday I believe. I can log into the Keep on my computer, but sometimes it will say that it cannot be accessed right now and to refresh and try again.

 

No other internet issues, but also no idea how to know if this is something I just have to wait out or if a weird thing happened in my PS4 without me knowing. 

 

I will gladly move this elsewhere if this is not the place to inquire on that issue.

As long as your PS4 is connected to the internet I don't think you should have a problem. I don't know much about PS Plus (I don't have a PS4) but it looks like it's more about gaming. So you should be able to import your World State just fine. Hope this helps, have fun.

I still don't understand why the Orlesian warden is still not in the keep. It cheapens the "ultimate sacrifice" death. I made a DA:O character for almost every origin. Out of my 5 main wardens, only one has this ending. But still... I feel like having him rise from the grave like nothing ever happened would make his heartfelt goodbyes and valiant effort less meaningful.

Plus I'm not sure Leliana wants anything to do with a zombie dwarf...

I've suspected that the Orlesian Warden isn't there because they don't matter. It's an optional DLC for one, but the Seekers, and therefore the story, may also be only interested in the Hero of Ferelden. If that person is dead, then they just won't be involved in further events.

Why keep telling me that Alister is dead when ferelden hero is alive? please fix it. I asked Alister to slept with Morrigan to keep him alive. But keep still telling me that he is dead if me alive. Fix PLZ. This is so annoying.
