Are any new tiles going to be added, like, ever? It's still missing a lot of important stuff, while some of the most irrelevant choices are in the keep already.
In this case, "importance" is subjective, and "a lot" is relative. There are many current tiles whose existence I don't give a fig about.
That said, I think it's too early to be concerned about the current availability of tiles and whether that means that certain ones will never be added. The Keep currently only checks for what it checks for, and adding tiles will also require them to add to the logic checks; it's not a simple thing. For example, I know some players want there to be a tile for the Dorian/Bull pairing, but there has to be the logic checks in place for that: recruited yes/no (both), in romance with Inquisitor yes/no (both), remained with the Inquisition yes/no (Dorian -- this is referring to telling him to leave at low approval), Tal'Vashoth yes/no (Bull), plus a location for a new tile and artwork to go along with it.
Also, some things might never be able to be added if they require a DAI patch to add them, the making of which is probably unlikely. If there were such a patch, I'd say it's a safe bet that the changes would not be retroactive and you would have to play through the game again with those same choices in order for them to be imported. Of course, that does not preclude them from adding tiles anyway and just having the default setting be "not complete," and requiring that players set it manually, but that seems to go against the design concept for the Keep as relates to DAI -- that is, that the Keep updates as you play.
Finally, keep in mind that the existence of any specific tiles does not mean that it will be referenced in an upcoming game, just as the vast majority of DAO/2 tiles are not referenced in DAI, but are only a representation of your own Thedas, nothing more.
To be honest, I'd rather that they fix bugs rather than add new things at this time.
