There isn't an actual benefit to loading your character profiles from DAO and DA2 into the keep? Is there? All I was able to notice is your portrait, level, and class seem to be present. My DA2 character profile worked just fine. My DAO, on the other hand, was not successful. What's odd is the achievements I earned on the DAO character are viewable on BSN, but the actual character itself is nowhere to be found. I suppose this may just be a BioWare issue.

Does anyone know if we can delete our wardens. Like a lot of folks I'm having trouble with the Data Syncing. I had some error codes for my wardens on the BSN and now I've got all the problems corrected with BSN. I ended up deleting any wardens with error codes so I'm down to 4 in the BSN, But when I try to debug/sync my data in the keep all the wardens I had trouble with still show up but not my 4 good ones. I was hoping there was a way to get rid of the wardens in the Keep with the bad/corrupted data so maybe my 4 good ones will load. I've tried removing all the world states I made with my wardens and am now using the default wardens only.

Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to delete Wardens from the Keep. I've got the same problem; I have a ton of incorrectly set up Wardens taking up space with no way to clean them out. Hopefully that'll come in a future update. :)

Did you also delete the extra Wardens using the Manage Characters option in addition to Profile Diagnostics?

I have a question: I seem to have uploaded my Hawke, but it wouldn't appear in the Tapestry. What's the minimum time we have to wait for the character to appear? Or does it appear instantly?

For some reason I can't seem to sync any of my custom Hawke files. It says they are not found.
There are at least two uploaded to the LBSN so I don't know why this would be? :/

its the same sync bug that everyone is experiencing, Bioware is working on it

Does it not also upload their first names? It certainly has in my case!

Those could certainly be of benefit, for example in codex entries in the games.

Yes I deleted all the extra wardens using the manage charters. I still see in the Keep 4 wardens and they are all the incorrectly set up ones. I'm on a PC and had been loading from disc but had some issues with Awakening when I moved to a newer PC so EA helped me reload everything through my origins account for my new PC so my discs no longer work. I'm not sure if this bug is related to my achievements from DAO not showing in the Keep or if it's caused by the fact that the 1st Wardens that I downloaded into the Keep had bad data. On the bright side the Keep is set up with the default wardens/heroes. Which is great not only for people new to DA but also if your like me who pretty much plays exclusively as a mage, you can try out choices you could not have had when restricting your class or even gender. :)

Hello, Fellow Keepers! :D

I've been itching to say something, and forgive me if it's been addressed already...  ^_^

Our NDAs also include using graphics from The Keep as avatars as they're also seen outside of the keep in regular forums, just as we're not supposed to be posting, sending, etc, screenshots et al. :)

If this has changed, then my bad, but that's how it's been.   Enjoy! :D

That has indeed changed. We can use the art in avatars - there's a thread about it in the News section.

I suspect you've got more Wardens uploaded than you have space. You can only have 50 files uploaded and each Warden takes four. Delete what extras you can, then re-save that one.

This could also be tied to the Keep getting hit harder than it usually does.

Just a thought but if the team deleted me from the Keep and than issued me a new code would the fact that i have fixed the problems I had with the LBSN and my wardens loading properly into LBSN now be reflected when reentering the Keep with a new code? It may be a way to narrow down the possible reasons for this happening to the DAO wardens loading properly or if as you stated the Keep getting hit really hard with all the new keepers. I volunteer to be the Guinea Pig if it would be any kind of help to the team!

That is true. For my purposes though, I didn't actually change the Warden's origin name, so that wouldn't be a factor for me. I would still like to upload that character eventually though just on good principle. BSN doesn't seem to like him though, for whatever reason. Odd it was able to upload the achievement data.

Is there any way to turn off the tutorial? It seems to pop up every time I open the tapestry.

No, I have only 6 and 3 of them have errors

How I can remove a warden?

Oddness it did that for me also, till I saved and locked my first world state and logged out.

Edit: Oh also make sure you have two world states at-least.

If it matters at all in helping figure sync stuff out, the Keep is only picking up my PC Wardens. My primary is on 360 and none of those Wardens are showing. I've gone through BSN and deleted all Wardens I didn't need or want, including the PC ones, but they still show up. I've even done the re-sync attempts as detailed, several times.

Okay, then it's one of the uploading bugs.

  1. Go to your Origins profile.
  2. Click on Profile Diagnostics.
  3. Delete all the characters who have the errors.
  4. Load up Origins.
  5. Make sure you're logged in.
  6. Go into the first save you want to upload.
  7. Remove a piece of your Warden's gear.
  8. Save.
  9. Replace the gear.
  10. Save again.
  11. Repeat 6-10 until all needed Wardens are done. Make sure you're still logged in!

That should fix things up. :)

Just curious if anyone else has run across this: I have two Wardens from my profile that did not sync while a bunch of others did. The interesting thing is that I notice that I never made up names for those two, so they still have the defaults (Lyna & Kallian specifically) while all the others have custom names. I'm wondering of part of the issue could in part be the system ignoring what it percives as duplicate characters.

Has anyone had their Wardens with default names sync successfully? Has anyone had Wardens with custom names fail to sync while others succeed?

I'm on PC, and for me the default named Wardens synced (well the characters, not the achievements and such) and the 1 custom named Warden I had did not.

I also have the Tutorial start each time I visit the main tapestry of a different world state. Anyone figured this out yet?

Previous solution of log out and in didn't work for me.

Could someone try running the Keep on a PS4 browser? I can only access the internet on my PS4 right now and it does not sync any choices to the Keep. Every time I try to change a choice it reverts back to the default tile almost immediately (after the "Syncing" sign in the top right corner disappears.)

Currently the only thing I can do is save new world states, but they are all clones of the default world state; I cannot modify them, rename them or lock them. If someone could check if this is a problem with the PS4 browser (rather than a problem with my internet/EA Account/etc.) that would be a big help. And also it might give me a good excuse to go and buy a new PC...

Does the Tutorial start each time when you go to another part of the Keep (Heroes or Career) and then go back to the Tapestry? Because it happens with me, too :(  Also, it seems that any changes to the description and name of other world states (except the one that is active) aren't saved because of this (maybe it's not connected, but seems like it).

For anyone who uses this method, please report back and tell us if you had success, or if you are still having the same problems. Remember to give the LBSN time to update as well. It tends to take a while.
