So I've got a bunch of characters imported at the legacy site & a bunch of DLC that came with the Ultimate Edition, and none of it will sync.  I tried a bunch of steps that people suggested last night, made sure my characters from Origins were all appearing at the legacy forum, and none of it is working in the Keep.  

 

I might try back in a couple of weeks, but so far, I find the Keep very disappointing.

 

It's worth noting again that this is a beta. It will have lots of bugs and issues--because that's what a beta is for, to find these problems and fix them. It's fine to think the Keep isn't the bees knees when it's public and done with, but don't judge something that's not even finished. 

 

In the long run, for at least DAI purposes, syncing doesn't even matter. Your Warden or Hawke won't show up in DAI based on what's imported from your BSN account. What goes into DAI is the choices you manually make in the Keep and if there's a CC for Hawke later, that will probably be in the game itself.

It isn't up just yet, no. 

 

It will clean out some bugs, add a few more choices and add the ISS (a cinematic summary of your decisions narrated by Varric's VA, Brian Bloom).

It's like 530am in Edmonton. So, no. Not yet. They'll make a post when they update. It'll  be linked in the top and listed in news and announcements section of the Keep forum.

Sorry, I've got another question regarding the syncing. The Keep recognises my promotional content & unlocks that are listed under "registered game content" on the LBSN sites but doesn't recognise the DLC I bought on the PS3 (GoA, Legacy, Mage Item Pack etc.). Now I noticed the DLC isn't listed under registered content on the site at all, and I'm wondering if it is supposed to do so and if that could be the reason why my DLC won't sync? Because the ME3 DLC shows up on this site... got me wondering.

 

Again, sorry to further delve into the syncing topic... I checked out the guides but didn't find anything specific about that and my Hawkes & achievements on the LBSN are properly synced with the Keep, just the DLC won't show up even though my characters are shown wearing DLC armor. Wardens & achievements from Origins aren't syncing either but that's the common issue and I'll be patient about that.

That would seem a bit odd and redundant, though, since they put up announcements when they DO update.

 

So, it would be logical to assume nothing has been updated until and unless an official announcement post gets pinned to the top saying it's been updated... as they have done for every update in the past. Instead, people are running around on assumptions instead of just waiting for official announcement of an update (or clicking on "show BioWare posts only", which would show Renata's post saying the update was still pending).

The decisions should be available regardless of whether you have the DLC, or so I've been told. Most DLC decisions didn't show up in the Keep for me, too, until I switched to Chrome.

I've got two 'custom' Wardens showing up in the Keep that aren't on my profile at the Legacy site, even under the Profile Diagnostic tab. I'm pretty sure they're characters I made quickly four or five years ago (to check stuff from the Origin stories) and then immediately deleted. If so, however, they have weird portraits. I think I just went with the default options when I made junk characters, but now I have a 'Daylen Amell' who looks like a female elf, and an 'Elissa Cousland' who appears to be an old bearded dude.

 

Given that they aren't visible on the legacy site under the characters tab or profile diagnostics, is there any way to delete them? Where did the Keep even pull the data from if they don't have any files uploaded at the BSN? Not sure if I should report this as a bug or not, since I know that synching is kind of a mess right now anyway.

 

Almost sound like it pulled information from the forbidden muck that is the hidden deleted web code, which doesn't truly delete, it just get's saved on top. If there isn't an excellent example why necromancy isn't a good thing, it's this one.

Is this while having a world state open in which you had one of the deleted Hawkes selected as your DA2 hero in the tapestry? If so it's probably the same bug I had. Basically if you had a custom Hawke selected as hero and then deleted the Hawke from the legacy site, when you go to change Hawke or resync it breaks the DA2 section of that world state. The only way to fix it that I've found is to completely delete that world state and make a new one.

I cant delete world states. I know that for some 5 world states aren't enough, but for me 3 is more than enough

Hello, everyone! I just got to the Keep and already have some problems.

 

I already know why my Wardens aren't uploading (DA2 persona issue apparently) ... But my Hawkes aren't uploading properly either (the choices I made are mostly wrong).

Is it a common issue?
