When the update goes live, you will see a pinned thread show up near the very top of this forum, right under the area where it says "Feature Discussion".

We don't know. It was said we'd probably see it today, yesterday, but no update since then. They be squashing bugs, me bet.
hey has anyone had this issue I gave a friend a keep code and he redeemed it but when he goes to sign the NDA the keep site just says beta sign ups are closed

You know what would be great? If we could just name Warden/Hawke in the Keep. I can't upload my Wardens to old BSN in the first place.
This is the one thing I want the most, ever since finding out you still need to manually enter your choices. I really don't care if my Warden or Hawke doesn't sync since I can create the exact same world state and just rename them. Sure I won't get their picture but they did mention if they showed up in a game there will be a CC for them anyways.
I'm also aware that a lot of people do like the syncing idea so I'm also for it.

I understand the anticipation (trust me, I'm so wanting Varric to tell me bedtime stories about my Wardens and Hawkes! 
), but if it's not quite ready, then... isn't it better to push the update when it's good to go rather than risk borking the whole thing?

Is the Keep and/or Onboarding supposed to be down? Because mine is not. I can access Onboarding and Keep. :/
Recently they've been twitting that they're 'signing off' for the night and that's usually around 8 PM their time, so if you're really looking for a time range that they can update today, it's within the next six hours.

Yes, several of my acquaintances had this issue. Tell them to try clearing cache *or* going Incognito *or* changing browser just to sign the NDA.

So, I guess I have kinda a silly question.... I'll be playing DA:I on my 360, which is where I played all of the other games as well, so I have my 100% perfect save file that I've nurtured and cared for all these years, is that just pointless now as everything will have to go through the Keep?
(PS: Everyone is still having the syncing problems with DA:O, right? Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me and I did something wrong.)

Well, not really. You might need to use those saves to re-upload your characters into the legacy bsn. But yeah, all choices are made in the Keep and syncing issues are pretty widespread. Are your characters showing up? You can do things to try and correct that, but the achievements and DLC are mostly on their end.

I was just thinking (and typing it in another thread!) that being able to rename one of the default Wardens and/or Hawkes you get to serve as the basis for a world state if one can't sync one's characters could be a good idea. But for all I know we already can, so... I guess we can't right now? Sounds like a good idea to me.

If you mean the time and effort to replay the game and get the 'perfect' save file that you wanted?
I would say yes and no. Yes, cause the actual physical code that comprises your save won't directly import into DA:I and only some information goes into o'BSN and so far not your choices. You could have saved yourself 100+ hours.
No, because you wouldn't even know what was going on in the Keep if you didn't play those games and experience them first hand. It also refreshes your memory of DA story and lore so you can better make your choices. Plus the Keep shows choices that some people didn't think were possible no matter what perfect run they do. I've never played Male Dwarf Noble in DA:O so I didn't know he could have a child. From what I've seen on these forums is that people can make that bad/evil world state they've always wanted but their moral compass prevented them from playing that type of character.

Nothing from DA:O is showing up, characters or Achievements. But it shows the few freebies I got like, the accessories and the dagger and stuff. They're there when I look at the actual Bioware site.
