So, I'm having a major bug with the ISS but I can't post anything here? I mean, I didn't find the right forum for it, will it be coming up soon?

Elthina is both a Grand Cleric and a revered mother. She in the person in charge of the Kirkwall chantry.

If Petrice were in charge of the Kirkwall chantry, then she'd be revered mother, but she wasn't.

She does become Mother Petrice in DA2.

Maybe when Varric uses revered, he means it more in the context that she's popular and admired? Then again if so that's still a poor choice of words since it confuses the known lore.

Is anyone else not getting messages to change certain plots that conflict? 

 

I'm working with my female city elf world state and its letting me romance Morrigan and says that she can do the dark ritual with her. (no conflict message showing)

 

Any thoughts?

Just a quick silly question , when you sync your data what are the points that the Keep counts? Will they do anything ?

More of my stuff(Origins DLC and Wardens) showed up, not all mind you but some, but no new achievements have registered or synced.

 

Also, a lot of my 2 stuff has appeared but still missing a lot of my DLC and two Rewards.

 

I know they are still working on it, but I like to come on here and see about progress lol.

After the update happened a lot of choices aren't taking conflicting plots into consideration so it seems like a wide spread issue.
 

Just a quick silly question , when you sync your data what are the points that the Keep counts? Will they do anything ?

 

The sync only uploads your Wardens/Hawkes picture, name, your achievements and DLC from the ol'BSN it doesn't upload any choices you made in game.

you mean those 104/209 (or whatever the figure is?) It's your Origins Achievements (and items) then also you DA:2 Achievements (and items)

Syncing is offline for the time being.

If I recall correctly it's currently just for tracking purposes, it won't have an impact in Inquisition.

I am not able to sign in to Origin to get on the Keep. Every time I click on the Keep tab it just says "beta signups are closed now."

I went into the keep and the autosolver ran, wanted to change my worldstate (to all the same choices) but it seemed to think my warden was male. very annoying

Try clearing your cache/cookies and restarting your browser.

Hi everyone - I'm sorry if this info is somewhere else... there's so many threads and so many posts.

 

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why there isn't a "create new" feature... we're really stuck with the "standard" characters or ones we've already created? I have to go into the game, create a new character, log out, and then log into the Keep to sort out the story?

I missed that the ISS was added yesterday, I missed the party. Sad face. Still, its fun to hear Varric give a summary of our choices. Though I though we could pick some choices during the ISS. Is that no longer going to happen or did is that feature coming latter?

 

The only issue I've had so far is that the last word in a sentence Varric says before a picture transition get cut off during that transition.

If the Edit Choice button isn't showing up, it probably means you have your world state or some choices locked.

The ISS is pretty darn cool. Hope it gets expanded on. I know Varric is the storyteller of the group, and Brian Bloom is as awesome VA, but any chance you could get us a version narrated by Claudia Black too? What does everyone else think? I'd love to hear Morrigan tell the tale.

I would definitely stick with people who actively tell stories. The two (yes there are two) storyteller followers we've had are Varric and Leliana. And to be honest, I'd vastly prefer Leliana to either Morrigan or Varric, especially since the actor did a great job telling stories in DA:O. Hearing about Aveline and the Chantry from Leliana was perhaps my favourite companion thingamabob in Origins.

 

BY THE WAY, the confirmed on the livestream it is indeed possible, but they'd want people interested to recommend it via the Beta Feedback Tool to judge interest. So: LELIANA FOR ISS! VOTE using the Beta Feedback Tool!

Both of these issues are bugs. Report them via the Beta Feedback Tool. (Especially if you're on Chrome).

You can choose default Wardens or ones you've created, yes. But really, names and the 2D avatar are the only things that import about your playthroughs (and even that isn't working right now), so really if you didn't want to sync, you don't have to. The devs have said they're looking into making it possible to change the Warden's name on the Keep. All the story decisions do NOT import. You have to manually choose those.

I wouldn't mind Leliana, as long as I could choose. I much prefer Varric! If we can only have one, I choose Varric.

I'm not sure thats even an option. They'd have to get Leliana's VA to do another session to record lines for the ISS. Not sure if thats possible, scheduling issues and all but we can hope. I'll certainly send a suggestion.

Heya guys! I'm having trouble syncing my Warden and Hawke. My Hawke is showing up, except it'll only sync an ancient save from when he was level six. My Warden won't appear at all; I can't even get the social.bioware site to recognize her existence. Could it be because I played DAO on Steam?

Make sure console isnt enabled in either game.

 

Syncing is down currently.
