No, I don't believe so. I've been trying at three different locations, and it still refuses to work for me. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Could it possibly be my account? I'm not sure how it could affect much, but I guess it may be a possibility. Should I try making a separate account and see if it might work? I feel like trying that would just screw everything up. I tend to do that, much to my dismay. Especially when it comes to technology (though that's pretty obvious already, isn't it).

Oh, and thank you for getting back with me. Much appreciated!

Hi! I send you a quick PM so we can help investigate your account. Thanks for hanging in there :)

Honsetly?  I don't know why there'd be two PC personas...  Or why you'd have an Xbox and PSN linked if you've never used them...

On the Keep log in screen, though, you can click on the connected personas list, and see exactly what usernames(on each platform) are connected to your Origin account...  If you don't recognize them at all, it might be time to go to the manage account screen at Origin.com, or contact EA support, to get them unlinked...

Hi! The second persona you're seeing is the Dragon Age persona. They're created when you play - but I completely understand how they might be confusing. We can take them out in a future build. I hope this helps!

I've mentioned this before, but I'll say it again. I'm worried I boned myself on unlocking some of the career tiles.

Currently, I can go in and unlock any tile. I only wanted to unlock the ones I have, but I unlocked a reward tile by mistake that I hadn't actually gotten; a reward to be specific. This made me think, can I unlock any tile now?

If so, why are the tiles I requested to be unlocked, which have the "We're looking into this for you. Come back soon for an update." Not changed? Did I, by being too fast, lock myself out of unlocking these tiles just because at the time I had run the troubleshooter it was still for requesting BioWare to look into the problem/ issue.

Please, if anyone has had this and the tile has been fixed, let me know. I just want to know that this is an issue being worked on, that there is a process in play and I just need to sit and wait patiently for it to happen. Or perhaps someone in BioWare who knows what I'm taking about could give me the 411, I'd be very thankful.

Thanks.

Hi, don't worry! Unlocking the tiles won't hurt anything. The career section is a record of what you've accomplished in game. If you decide to go back and play the previous games you can unlock items that way, but we are also working to make syncing better, so some items are available for you to unlock yourself as they were from pre-order bonuses and so on (most of these are rewards).

You can check out the tutorial on this section for more information here: http://forum.bioware...utorial-career/

I hope this helps :)

Hi Vlgoe - USN That sounds like your Xbox gamertag is not linked to your Origin account for some reason; it might have never been linked, or it might be linked to another account than the one you used on the Keep.

You can try the steps here - http://help.ea.com/c...ic-screen-name/- for linking your accounts. If that doesn't work, you could try contacting customer support directly.

Another option, if your gamertag was linked to another Origin account, you can make both Origin accounts friends, and then share your world state to the other account. This would prevent your needing to change any account data, or needing to re-create your world state.

Hi, Im new to all of this but, I was using keep and stuff. Saved my world state and exported it. When I went on dragon age Inquisition last night on my xbox 360, I guess it automatically signed me in my origin account  since it said "connecting to dragon age servers" or whatever. And yes my xbox live account is connected to me origin account. So I tried to import my world state but it would not let me due to "family settings" now my xbox never had any family settings set, so I went in the family settings and turned them on and made sure I had access to everything, went back on da:i and it still said the same thing. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this? and thank you for reading :)

Hi Night enchanter -

Can you specifically check that you enabled the Privacy control for "Share outside of Xbox Live" ?  The xbox one version of the game requires this to be set to "Enabled" in order to read data from the Keep.

Hi iceixient -

That should be fine - after your uncle starts his game, the plotstate is "baked in", and won't be changed by edits you make on the Keep.  You should be fine to make your own world, export it, and then play in DAI without affecting the contents of his own playthrough.

The only carry-over would be that he would see your saves in-game, and your playthrough would appear next to his in the Keep for the "DAI Playthroughs" section.

Hey there, have you seen our guide to exporting? Follow all the steps here and you'll be good to go: http://forum.bioware...to-inquisition/

You must make sure your PSN ID is linked to your Origin account. Here's how to do that: http://help.ea.com/e...ic-screen-name/  (please follow the steps even if your accounts are using the same email).

There was a site update earlier today -  if you're still having issues loading the Keep, I would suggest clearing your browser cache and trying again after doing that.

On PC, you *might be able to go online, pause the upload as soon as it happens, and then play, but I can't guarantee that would work.  For consoles, I don't know anyway, unless you can so a similar action on Xbox/PS.

By deleted, do you mean you deleted them in the game?  The game originally uploaded some information to our servers, if you had that enabled (which is what the profile diagnostics page exposed).  If you want them deleted, you should be able to just delete them in the Keep, the same as you would have done in the profile diagnostics page.
