Saving both the city and the Keep was only possible if you maxed out the Keep.

And yet the keep still appears as "dead" anyway =/ along with the companions who were left behind to defend the stronghold.

That would be a huge waste of time. With all the people now in the Keep they would be going nothing but sending emails. They've told us that repeatedly that they do see the suggestions that come through the beta feedback button. That's the only way to make sure your suggestions are heard.

Yeah, I locked all of the panels, logout, and a few hours later log in and bam; the keep shows me all the choices I need to change before I can even get to the tapestry.

A few people have reported something like this. The logic solver seems to be having trouble. Report it using the beta feedback button.

All world states will be wiped clean at the final release so don't fret. It'll be fixed eventually.

Didn't they say we might get to keep our world states in the last twitch session? Maybe I'm wrong.

Edit: They said they might not have to but they aren't guaranteeing it.

If they do wipe them, you could always make a spreadsheet of your world states you have now. That what I did going through them.

 

Edit: I'm doing it just to keep track of my decisions across my world states and to compare and contrast.

It's for the best that they were wiped, just encase any new bugs crop up from older world states going into a newer Keep.

More likely that older bugs will retain their invalid world-states and cause problems when trying to import them into DAI.

I fully expect my worlds to be wiped, which is why I've kept a text file with all my decisions recorded (plus a few not yet implemented, in case they get patched in later.)

I just noticed that all my own characters has just vanished from the keep, I was last logged in a couple of hours ago. Has this happened to someone else?

 

edit: Woops, I guess I wrote a bit too fast and didn't read the announcments. Silly me!

-I do not have BSN Legacy, just normal BSN, what does this mean for me? What does read only mean? Because I logged onto my BSN profile and while I haven't altered anything it would let me. So I am confused.

 

-When is the next scheduled update supposed to be? Next Tuesday if it is every two weeks right?

I don't think there is "normal" BSN anymore, just legacy BSN. And yes next week if they keep to two weeks.

Hey Amy!

- Legacy BSN and BSN are the same thing, that's our bad.

- Read only means that the what's on BSN will no longer show as updated, the Keep will be the future home for all your heroes, accomplishments, etc.

Yes, while we're putting the syncing fixes in your custom heroes will be on a short vacation. Your career data will vanish as well - but it will be back soon

I'm a little surprised that they forgot that it's possible for a FemWarden to romance Alistair and they both live if the warden agrees that Alistair will perform the ritual.

Had a question about the choices in DAO. I am assuming spoilers are allowed in the Keep forums.

 

So, in th keep if I choose the "a human baby with Morrigon" option, why am I not allowed to have Leliana as a romance?

 

Becuase that is totally doable in the real game. You can romance Morrigan and leave her to romance Leliana, in which case the epilogue shows that morrigon was with Warden's child.

Synching is completely down for around a week.

That's definitely an option in the Keep. I'm guessing that you're running into autosolver conflicts because you're not inputting the OGB decision first or locking the other choices?

The devs do an update every two weeks and they did one this last Tuesday so next Tuesday the next update should be applied and the effects of their effeorts should take effect then. It is just bad luck that the new people got in when this maintenance started.
