*cough*
Any answers?
Hmm, now that you say it: I have to do it at least twice to make it last. It skips strangely, too.
Is that what you mean?

Hello lads and ladies.
Is anyone else having problems renaming their World States? Is this bugged, or merely turned off? Am I the only one with the issue?
If it's truly a bug, has it been reported?
Thanks in advance,
Serza
What is happening exactly? You can't rename the WS? You can't find where? Or you rename it, but the Keep changes it back?
*cough*
Any answers?
Issues like this may be connected to your browser (which still needs to be reported) This used to happen to me a few weeks back where renaming only worked in IE and chrome but not FF or mobile. It seems to be still happening to come people, best to report and try the Keep on another browser.
The fate of the darkspawn messenger in DAA, the decision you made. let him go or kill him.
Encounter as NPC. He is saving travelers from danger.
Anyone else interested!?
:)
So the Warden picture that appears in the ISS only keeps track of Gender and Race right? Class doesn't factor in for me.

I believe it is *supposed* to reflect your class. No reason why not since it also shows gender and race. It's probably a bug so you should report it.

You mean when they show the picture of your warden, it will have a dwarf with an ax despite being a rogue or a dalish rogue with a sword n' board?
I don't think this is a bug but they intended this, I also submitted feedback concerning this since I feel the Wardens should be wearing gear reflected of their class.
Has anyone raised the question about, well, sound during use of the Tapestry, as in; whether any ambient background soundbed will be used, or whether going through tiles will trigger any kind of sound-effect?
Hi, new to the Keep - just got in.
I've seen people have already mentioned a lot of the missing stuff like the characters in Awakening. My concern is what happened to Arl Howe. I played a Human Noble in DAO and I took great pleasure in being able to take out my revenge on him. I'd like to see that taken into account in the Tapestry.

There wouldn't be any point to adding that since his fate is the same across all play runs, the Warden kills Howe during the raid on his house, no matter the origin of the Warden. The Keep is all about making choices and there's no 'choice' to be made.
Edit: nvm!

Welcome to the Keep
As for Arl Howe - you kill him anyway, so I'm not sure how this can be implemented.
"Did the Warden kill Arl Howe?"
Does the Keep ever scan again, like it did the first time, for characters you made in-game and achievements? Is it doing that all the time or do you have to click "update" somewhere?
It's currently down at the moment so it won't work but at the top left of the Tapestry page (next to the word Tapestry) you'll see the box with three horizontal lines. Click on it and on the list will be "(Debug) replay onboard..." That's the scan.
Cool, thanks ![]()

I assumed it was not a bug. If I pick a Dwarf of any kind they always appear with an axe and shield. Warrior or Rogue, Dwarf or Commoner. When I pick a Dalish Elf, they always appear with a sword and shield. Human Nobles are the same way I think. If I pick a City Elf, they always appear in what looks like leather armor and no weapons (although not a copy of the portraits like the other ones are). Has anyone else been able to get a ISS animated Warden with a bow?
EDIT: Except mages, both Mage Origins get their class recognized.

"Did the Warden kill Arl Howe?"
- The Warden killed him
- The Warden KILLED him
- STABSTABSTAB!!!
Just noticed Devil's Avocado's post saying the same thing. Ah, fair enough. I've done several playthroughs of DAO with different origins, but whenever I played human noble I killed him without paying attention to the choices. I guess I just assumed there was an option to let him go.
I remember killing one of Loghain's other lieutenants in Denerim. She was one of the toughest fights in the entire series but I managed to take her down. I think she attacked me as I left the prison - is she in the Keep? I seem to remember you can just go with her instead.

Ser Cauthrien isn't in the Keep but some people are requested for her to be in the Keep (including me) since she can live or die depending on whether you fighting her in Howe's estate or fight her just before the landsmeet (or get captured/persuade her down)
Ok so first of all sorry if this was asked before, I just joined the beta today and have to ask something:
Some of the plot choices I made get changed without me doing anything (not the "this choice will negate/change that choice"), I realized it when I was doing a final check. No matter how many times I click what I want and lock it down they still change. Is this a bug? (I did report it but still wanted to ask)
edit: Nvm, just read the "syncing down for maintenance" post. Still going to leave my post in case it persists after maintenance is done.
I just remembered. I never got around to trying this in Origins myself, but isn't there an option to side with the templars without killing all the mages? If you save them all but agree with Cullen's ramblings to Greagoir, I heard that results in Greagoir imprisoning the mages to figure out the truth and templars join your army. If that's true then it sounds like it should be a recognized option in the Broken Circle section.
Or would the "Side with Templars/Irving Survived" combo cover that?
Hey wait, I just checked the list of known issues and one of them was "You may hear your heroes' race and gender referred to incorrectly by the ISS." Does the ISS refer to the gender of the Warden or the Champion at any point in the entire thing? Unless I'm remembering wrong, Varric's voice over is carefully worded to avoid any references to gender. The only mention that I recall was the image of the Warden and Hawke's story is completely gender neutral.
Is it a valid world state to have a male warden have a *human* baby with Morrigan and remain alive, with Alistair dying against the Archdemon? I've never played that particular scenario out. Didn't even know it was possible to have a human baby with Morrigan.

Yeah I didn't hear any gender mentions, either. Perhaps we haven't heard all of the footage yet?

I think all that would take is to romance Morrigan and deny her the dark ritual.
Hello. I havnt read the 53 pages of replies so in advance sorry if this is a common issue (considering its closed beta im guessing everything is!).
Anyway i did the hole sync thing, and right of the bat i notice it hardly registered anything from my DAO profile, from awards to characters alot got skipped. The 3 characters i completed DAO with didnt even make it through the sync (nor the Tapestry>Heroes, nada).
DAII profile made it through the sync, but the story choices were all over the place. The one character i did a "perfect" run through with showed it didnt recruit half of the team, and various other story choice was just left to a default (im guessing it's default)
Either way, i think its great tool and cant wait too see it perfected!. Nice work.

Hello! DAO syncing is temporarily down. They should have it up and running soon ![]()
And yeah, it imports the heroes themselves, but not the precise decisions.
