Locked the world state yesterday and tried it.  No joy  :crying:

Okay, that's really unfortunate.  I tried running it through locked and unlocked world states and even some world states that were randomized and had impossible combinations but the worst I got was dialogue bugs.

For some reason, when I choose my default hero to be a human mage and i log out, when I log back in it reverts to an elf mage. Not sure if this is a bug.

I haven't had it change my hero, but I have seen it change my decisions before. Have you tried locking the state?

Just report it anyway so they know. I do know that  ,for me ,if you have a human mage and then play the ISS the warden will become a elven mage in the tapestry.

The ISS will for some reason change the tapestry and sometimes the warden

I've noticed this too. The tapestry changes a lot of decisions for me, plus it bugs out even with the world state locked. Right around Redcliffe.

I played the ISS on a locked world state and Varric stopped talking and another time showed that I sided with both mages and templars at the broken circle. In short, the ISS has bugs.

not sure if this has been asked before but does "alive & well" mean you completed companion quests etc.? because there isnt a choice for each companion quest IE, Zevran, Wynne, Oghren. just interested because the term doesnt give much to go on apart from "they survived DAO"

It means they survived the vents of the 5th blight (according to the question mark)

I get that its just there isnt a option for the other companion quests, so I am just confused on if they are going to add them or this option encompasses them too.

Not sure if it matters or not but considering they have options for Alistair, Morrigan, Leliana and even Sten (considering he is arishok now I guess it can depend how the Qunari act) does it mean that the other companion quests just dont matter at all? because that would kinda suck since it basically makes them unimportant. (not just in DAI but in general)

any idea when the next update is due, and if the choices that reset to default will be fixed in the update, sorry if this has already been asked ?

Renata posted elsewhere that it will be sometime this week.

sometime later this week, the choices that reset (going on the last update) will probably be fixed.

It's up to you to make your own decisions about what it means

I would say yes and no. Yes in that these events do happen and important, but they'll happen regardless whether your Warden was present or not. For example Leliana will kill Marjolain no matter what, whether you did her quest or let Marjolain go. Zevran will be tracked down by the Crows eventually. Oghren will attempt to reconcile with Felsi with the Warden's help or not.

Even with Alistair and Leliana's hardening, it's hinted they become hardened by DA:I either way.

The general consensus I've seen around here seems to be that particular tile will just affect how Cullen speaks of Hawke in DAI. Cullen seems to be on general good terms with Hawke in DA2 no matter what side you choose and he always sides with Hawke against Meredith.

Thanx guess I have to now edit all my worldstates to friendly cullen.

I feel like my memory may be failing me on this one, but I see the choices are given with Leliana include that she'll leave your party because you defiled the ashes.  I remember defiling the ashes, but Leliana didn't leave my party, Wynne did.  Anyways, I'm basically just asking if you have an option to persuade Leliana to stay or does she always leave after defiling the ashes?

Hardened Leliana will stay with you apparently.

Just clicked that 'Play' button. The Inquisition eye appears and spins itself and then the site freezes. Does it happened to the other keeper?

I'm having a very weirdly specific issue where if I try to choose that the Urn of Sacred Ashes wasn't defiled, it tells me that the choice is incompatible with Morrigan doing the Dark Ritual with anyone. But if I go back and change it so that someone does the Ritual with her, there's no prompt telling me that it conflicts with the Urn of Sacred Ashes decision. Is this something others have experienced? It also glitches the ISS if I try to proceed with those choices.

It depends on what browser and version your using, Some are more effective than others for playing the ISS. Best to report and try a different browser.

the ISS seems to be glitching a lot of choices (like changing people's wardens to an elf mage) and that's definitely a bug since there's no connection between the two.

I am confused as to why the Epilogue from DA:O is not in the Tapestry but the Prologue is. The choices that the Warden made in the Epilogue seem to be more likely to affect Ferelden and beyond than whether or not you feed the prisoner in the Prologue.

That stems partly due to the epilogue being rumors (As stated by one of the devs) so even if you picked your boons or saw that Cullen killed three mages, it either didn't happen or...happened but quickly reverted. Some may have occurred however such as bevin becoming an adventure but it's hard to say at this point.

Some people have requested the boons to be put into the Keep so if there's enough demand they will.

I just got into the beta so I'm not sure if this has been answered yet, I'm still reading through all of the forum posts.

Is there any way to keep Alistair and your Warden alive? Does Morrigan's Ritual play into any of this? Because I'm trying to create a save state similar to my game where I executed Loghain, hardened Alistair and put him on the throne, then did Morrigan's Ritual and lived. But it says that in order to have Alistair be king or stay with the Wardens, my Warden would have to have died killing the Archdemon. Even to make Alistair a drunk I would have to keep Loghain alive to kill the Archdemon.

So, is performing Morrigan's Ritual not considered canon? Because it seems like that's the case.

They are still in work. Epilogues need a lot of time to develop so that's why Prologues get their choices since they are just very smaller than epilogues. New ones were just recently added. For example: Marjolaine, Cullen as friend, Ogren and Felsi, Kitty and Amalia.

Personally I wish they add that awkward human noble prologue. The one with you know what it is.  :P
