Ah, but this Nasty warden was enough of a colossal jerk that he denied Loghain's request for redemption and did the deed himself, "sacrificing" and leaving himself a hero in spite of all the havoc he caused.
Then the reason your world state didn't work is because you tried to force something that can't actually happen in-game in Dragon Age: Origins. You're not meant to be able to execute Loghain after the duel, or allow Alistair to do it, and still have the "Alistair becomes a wandering drunk" result. Alistair becomes a drunk specifically because Loghain is spared and made Warden in addition to Anora being made Queen and the Warden convincing Anora to spare him. The Keep is still bound by what can happen in-game, without blitches, bugs, or mods. If you don't believe me, read this.

This update seems much more stable then the last. It doesn't seem to force anymore impossible worldstates. One weird thing is that the first few times today when I cleared cache & cookies I still had tile reverts on the usual suspects:
Flemeth's grimoire
Goldanna
Marjolaine
Ogren & Felsi
Amelia & Kitty
But now it seems to only happen randomly. After logout usually only one reverts, so progress?

Is the human mage image in the ISS showing up for anyone?
Nop. It's now replaced with the symbol of the Circle. For both mages (human&elf).

Not only am I still getting the tile reversion bug on the usual suspects, the new tile under Broken Circle is behaving the same way. Creating a new world state doesn't fix it, either - I made three more to celebrate the new higher limit and I'm getting the same result on those.
Next time, I'm going to make sure the fix is actually working before I go through and change all those tiles in all eight of my world sates

For some I guess. All of these plus cullen still revert for me.

I may have the same problem as everyone else, my choices for Flemeths' Grimoire, Oghren&Felsi, Marjolaine, Kitty, Goldanna won't stay locked on any of my world save. Also the ISS is pretty much bugged for me, only once I watched throught the whole thing, other times include it glitching and showin all the choices, or just stops with the narration and stops there. It doesnt pick any particular place, it can stop before showing the choices for Redcliffe, or the Anvil of the Void - that is the farthest that I have been with one of my world saves, where it kept bugging. I then deleted it and remade it, but it still keeps bugging :/

The Dark Ritual does not appear to be an option in the choices related to the Hero
Did anyone find the Dark Ritual?

Look under companions and the last top right tile should be Morrigan's baby, which represents the Dark ritual.

The October 16 communication says it has fixed the choices that were reset by the Keep.
But it still resets on my side.
It has not been fixed, the grimoire, goldanna, marjolaine, felsi, kitty choices still reset to default.

Yeah I'd like to report this as well. For me the "Are you Cullen's friend" choice in addition to those listed resets to default even if i lock the decision and lock the worldstate

No. It is available to nearly anything that connects to the internet via a web browser (though some browsers are buggier than others).
EDIT: Sorry, misread your post. No, you do not need a gold membership on Xbox live. Just use the IE app. I've done it lots of times to view the Keep and I don't have a gold membership.

Also, is an option for a rivaled Sebastian necessary since that marks a big change for him? If he's not really mentioned in later games I guess it's fine but just wondering.

I saw in the Awakening Expansion section that there's an option for the Warden Commander to save both Vigil's Keep, and the City of Amaranthine. I've always been under the impression that even if you fully upgrade Vigil's Keep, it will fall if you defend Amaranthine.
Can someone confirm whether or not a fully upgraded Vigil's Keep survives while the WC defends Amaranthine?

It's because the quest is borked (in PC, I think?). It is possible. I've done it on an Xbox.
Aaand hence the reason for the Keep. The save files are way too buggy.

From the Wiki:
If the Warden chooses to save Amaranthine, and if all the upgrades are made to the Keep, it will hold against the Darkspawn
A Vigil's Keep epilogue
army for days in a row before the attacking horde broke upon her walls. Although greatly outnumbered, the soldiers' silverite armor allow them to kill a dozen darkspawn each before falling. The keep developed an almost mythic reputation, the few survivors immortalized in song and legend. When the magnitude of the losses came to light, sympathy drove generous donations from all over Ferelden into the region's coffers. Vigil's Keep was restored to its former glory in five years.

I know there seem to be some hiccups with all of Alistair's choices. I skimmed through and didn't see this mentioned (but I'm on my phone so...) during the Landsmeet choices I had Alistair set to remain a grey warden who defeated Loghain in a duel but that option doesn't play out during the ISS and isn't an option to switch to. It has him executing Loghain while wearing a crown. Same result arguably but it confused the heck out of me. Might confuse others as well?

Submit a plot suggestion for friending/rivaling Sebastion using the feedback tool in the Keep. As for ISS, I would submit feedback on that point, probably as a suggestion. Might be too late to get additional voice recording for it by release, but that is the best you can do atm I think.

Right, I got the same slide, but the phrases "before falling," "the few survivors," and "magnitude of losses" heavily indicated that the Vigil's Keep fell. Being rebuilt is one thing, standing is another.

Before falling is referring to the soldiers not the Keep, so every soldier that dies takes down twelve darkspawn first. Basically with all upgrades, the Keep holds but even then just barely.

Yeah that's one thing that always bothered me about Vigil's Keep, I put all the time/effort/money into upgrading it and it seemed what without my personal presence during it's defense it was guarenteed to fall. In that case why bother to upgrade it at all?
