no idea, it's a question someone asked me.

I'm assuming they mean the e-mail associated with their Xbox Gold/Live account is different than the one they use for the Keep. in that instance they can just log into the origin servers with the correct email when they load up the game right?

Yup, you don't even need xbox live gold to use the keep.

Nah I think the tallis option is more obvious, there was a clear choice whether to continue to help her or abandon her at the end of the cave, this choice probably has to do with that.

I mentioned this before, but the Tallis choice actually does change how she acts towards hawke in MOTA. My hawke argued with her at every turn about the qunari, not with the aggressive dialogue as I went mostly snarky, but I still went with her in the end. At the end of the DLC I tried to take the list from her, and she snapped and yelled at me angrily and left. I did this again with a character who was more friendly/neutral, and she just was sad with different dialogue, and even left in a friendly tone. So this one makes sense to me, the cullen one I have no clue but the Tallis one I get

Does anyone else keep getting that "Error 400: Cannot Save World State" thing still? I still haven't been able to save any of the new options, since they updated.

There is a dialogue option for establishing with Cullen that you are friends with him in Act 3. But I don't know of anything that would signify the reverse.

The select choices that keep resting wont be fixed tell at least next update tho they are working on it as they have saved in there spot for a little while but ultimately revert back after some time. I will just wait tell i get 100% info they have fixed it has i am getting tired of going threw all my saves and resetting what i did on thou's choices. Cullen going to just have to deal with not likening me for a while but some how I think will pull threw and rekindle are friendship at another time.

I have a speculation to throw into the pool: so far, I've restarted the Keep for a variety of reasons. ISS dies in random ways, my browser decides all this Keep attention is too much, my anti-virus program forces me to restart, or in general my computer inexplicably turns into a vengeful maniac. The usual problems. (Alright, I exaggerate some of those, but not all - the ISS and my computer really don't like each other right now.)

Now, I've already made my tapestry once, it's beautiful and fine-tuned and is lavishly riddled with nit-pick decisions that I adore. However - and here comes the actual speculation - after all these restarts, I get the sync and ISS. I don't need to go to the Debug Replay, because nowadays I never actually get as far as the tapestry. This is great for giving continuous feedback about what the ISS will be like when first encountered, but not very helpful to me in terms of "I already built a nice tapestry and want to tweak it a little"... so, am I missing something?

I realize you can exit the ISS mid-way - yet, the fact that I must sync for minutes and then wait for the ISS to load before I can exit it and go to the tapestry... can this be circumvented, since I login and should be able to see what I've already made? Or is this by design, given that I can make several world states? (My knowledge is somewhat lacking in this particular area, I've been focused on getting one world state right so far and giving feedback on that.) While my computer itself is fast, my internet is definitely not, so this causes a lot of finger-on-table tattoo to go on here while I wait.

Yes, it can be circumvented on the menu at the side select tapestry and not the debug. That's a one time set up (plus there's an option to skip the iss)

Once you view the tapestry it should always takes you there.

So from what I understand, you log in and it's making you sync and it doesn't take you straight to the tapestry? Since by design once you sync your data, afterwards the default log in page is the tapestry.

Just to be clear console users your email associated with your system doesn't have to match to the Keep, rather your Gamertag/ PSN ID has to be associated with your Origin account that has access to the Keep, you will need a PC and download the Origin client and go through profile settings or I believe you can contact EA support and they should set you up properly.

I'm assuming from your response that my case is not what's supposed to happen... Yes, I have to sync and exit/run through the ISS each time I go to the Keep. I don't know if this is something on my end or not, but knowing that I should be taken to the tapestry, I will try to sync, go through ISS, login and logout a few times to see if there's a difference or if something else is behind it, e.g. the recent maintenance is at fault or something - it DOES remember my tapestry choices, I hasten to add, it's just the introduction which keeps coming up again and again despite that. If I still get sync and ISS, I will post again.

Definitely send feedback and since your having a system problem you should contact the devs directly at onlinecommunity@bioware.com make sure you detail what browser your using, including the version and note whether you have any ad blockers or recently cleared your cache. This isn't suppose to happen and it's the first time I've seen someone with a problem like this.

Also to note the sync function isn't working right now, but even then you should be going straight to the tapestry after the 'failed' sync attempt your first time.

I still get this error on occasion. It seems to occur once I unlock my world state, then make changes to the tapestry. After the error pops up the Keep seems to lock up as well.

I will do as you suggest, now that I know it's not normal - thank you for your responses! :)

UPDATE: I tried logging out and in again, and it seems like my issue is fixed, I got the tapestry! Whatever changed, it did the trick.

I occasionally get that error, says failed to save, world state is locked, which it isn't.  However it seems to save all the same, except for 7 very stubborn tiles that refuse to stay locked as is and change back to "Did not encounter X" or "Did not do the thing"  I've already sent off a detailed bug report but just for my peace of mind I'll list off the tiles I'm referring to:

                   Flemeth/Grimoire tile

                   Goldanna & Marjolaine tiles

                   Cullens request tile

                   Oghren/Felsi tile

                   Amalia/Kitty tile

                   Cullen/Hawke friendship tile

Same here. I just decided not to lock my world states, so it doesn't happen.

For some it will reset after a few hours like it is for me, so definitely check back just to be sure.

12 hours passed: It reset to default  :(

Never mind, plenty beta feedback on this one already I think, I'm not going to add to it...

Have still the same problem. They not stay locked. I've recreate all my worldstates since they said in the livestream that this would fix this issue. But nope still not working.

I've not had any trouble submitting feedback on Firefox; what device are you using? Any other factors you can think of that might affect it? I have, however had the reverting tiles problem return (even on a deleted/rebuilt world state).

Thank Copernickers, it must be something on my end then. I'm using my laptop and I disabled all of my addons, pop up blockers, and some sections of my virus protection (Kaspersky Pure) to see if that was what was doing it but still no luck. I'm sure it's something small I'm missing, but at least all of the other sections seem to be functioning properly, aside from the previously mentioned tiles that keep resetting. I also noticed that in 'tapestry tutorial' option isn't visible from the Beta feedback box when using Firefox, but it is when using IE9.

I think the devs mentioned in one of the Twitch streams that they added the "Keep and Amaranthine protected" option it because of popular request, so it stands to reason that it refers to people who fully upgraded the Keep and then chose to protect Amaranthine and not a completely new option they made up for the Keep (especially since that's kind of the opposite of the Keep's function).

As for the Cullen friendship I think it's mostly meant to be a character-building tile, like the recently added one in the Broken Circle section in Origins on whether the Warden agreed to Cullen's request. Cullen is going to be a major character in DAI and Hawke is going to show up so this tile might change the way Cullen talks/reacts about Hawke.

Thanks Evamitchelle! I'll have to listen to the Twitch streams again because I missed that. Do you happen to remember which stream it was? If anything I think they need to clarify that option in the Keep because from my understanding a fully upgraded Vigil left to it's own defences is still eventually overrun by the Darkspawn, but it does effect the survival outcomes of certain companions like Ogren and the legendary status of the soldiers clade in the special armour Wade makes for them.

If you fully upgrade the Vigil's Keep and protect the town, while there are still losses of soldiers but overall, they were able to hold back the spawn I believe

I think those broken Awakening slides detailing who lived/died at the end of the campaign based on where they were stationed can pretty much be discarded like all the rest of the DAO slides. Anders, Justice and Cullen have already proved that if a character needs to return, they will, regardless of what slides you got here or there. If at any point they find good reason to bring Velanna, Sigrun or Oghren back, they'll come back as though they've been there all along, no matter what their slides said.

Protecting the city/the keept/both should be more a matter of outlining what kind of priorities your Warden/Orlesian Warden had at the time, than a measure for who of your companions lives or dies.
