Hi!

I need some help from our BSN experts! Lately I have been unlocking a lot of upgrades of 2 URs I almost never see anyone use, the BPP smg and the paladin pistol. Which kits do you see as the best for these guns, is the turian soldier the only viable kit for the BPP? (Most boring kit in the game imo....)

Thanks!

BPP is great on Vorcha Soldier. Use SMG Stability Mod and HVB, flll with incendiary ammo and set a lot of things on fire.

Thanks for the input, will try the BPP on the vorcha soldier and the paladin on the Volus tonight!

GI and Destroyer can make good use of the BPP too, if you have either of those kits, though there are probably better choices of weapons for them.

It would be interesting to see how the BPP damage increased shot interacts with incindiary ammo. Would it dramatically increase the DPS, like inferno grenades+incind does? Would be interesting to find out, anyway.

I like to use it on the Quarksman, though. Gives me a good place to use all those stability mods I keep accumulating. I only wish there were a vorcha infiltrator with an SMG cloak. Woulda been fun.

The increased damage is just an AP shot. A powerful one though.

I also use it on the Quarksman, it's a bit more challenging than TSol.

BPP: Tsol, GI(as main weapon), or Destroyer(as sidearm), or other kits with RoF/Stability/Accuracy boost ability;

Paladin: I found Tsent is best for this gun, but lots of Biotic/Tech kits are good with it, too.

Well if that's the case, the BPP is also decent with the Tsent and Cabal because racial stability, even though that only sometimes works off-host in my experience. But it's not too bad on any kit, really, sometimes I use it on the asari huntress with warp rounds and barrage upgrade gear or the vorcha engineer with disruptor rounds + barrage.

Also, Paladin + Asari Adept, as others have mentioned. Actually kind of boring IMO but it's kind of a "classic" build for her.

BPP : characters with stability / accuracy boosts, especially the turian soldier. But it's globally a very decent SMG (at level 10 at least) so a lot of kits can make good use of it.

Paladin : the asari adept is the best fit I have found for this gun (light and accurate enough to headshot at long range with Stasis).

I quite like the Paladin on the Geth Engineer although it ends up playing similarly to the Sabre, unsurprisingly.

BPP on Vorcha - because Vorcha; it's a lore thing ;)

As an aside though, it also works well as a secondary on any kit where your primary isn't great against armour - so Krentinel + Graal + BPP or Kroldier + Striker + BPP. It doesn't weigh a huge amount so doesn't horrendously affect your cooldowns and if you slap on ULM it's lighter than a Phalanx; perfect for getting rid of pesky Guardians.

The Paladin is good on any caster really - AA + Paladin for Stasis headshots is a good example.

Or put the Paladin on a Paladin for Paladin2.

Paladin works well on the human engineer too. With incendiary ammo and overload/incinerate, you gain both headshots and more fire explosions.

BPP has bad accuracy and kicks a lot. Tsol is the best fit but there are several other choices. QMS, GT, GE, GI, destroyer all make good use of it due to accuracy boosting powers. You may have to use stability mod on them though.
Or you can use it on CQC kits like vanguards because accuracy doesn't matter much when you are in the enemies face all the time. Cabal and asariguard are my favs.

Paladin really shines when you headshot consistently. Stasis, overload, ED etc help with headshots. My favorites are AA and SI.

I put the Paladin on the N7 Paladin. Go figure.

Like others have said, Marksman works well with the BPP.

That said, some of the Gold weapons are still solid choices.

BPP has bad accuracy...

TNS, the master of understatement. I remember someone here posting that after you've been hit by a seeker swarm the bullets basically come out the gun backwards :P

Lol! XD

To the OP... I won't allow you to call the mighty Tsol that.

Apart from that, yeah... Everything's already been answered, I think...

That'll be a problem for at most a minute per game. That's less than 5% of the game, usually. I can totally live with that.

Besides, I don't care for people's opinion abt collectors, at least not anymore. :)

The paladin is down the list for me of good pistols but it has a very nice feel to it and is certainly not a pain to use.  BPP is a cool weapon, stability needed but a lot of classes can make use of it.

I wasn't complaining, it's just funny to me how bad the accuracy is in that situation. I feel like I'd be better off throwing the gun at the enemy instead.

Ya, it's quite hilarious indeed. But I just enjoy fighting collectors so much that it never bothered me much. :D

AA with paladin and I like the Fury with paladin even if it is not the best build. Volus Adept too...
