I'm gonna play DA:O for the first time on PC, I've played it on the 360 and PS3. I'm looking for mod suggestions or must have mods to play lol. So if you PC players can help it would be awesome

Also, definitely get some hair, makeup, eye, etc. mods for the character creator. It makes creating an attractive Warden so much easier. There are also some nice morphs out there for your companions.

Extra Dog Slot, Character Respec, and Lock Bash are my top recommendations. Also, there is a fix available for the Ancient Elven Boots to be found in the Chantry; nothing major, but it does help me complete the set.

Typically, yes. ZDF very much states what it is compatible with and what it isn't in the documentation. You will want to download the chargenmorph generator from Nexus and run it as well.

Does Loghain dialogue changes if he is friendly?

Yes. If Loghain is friendly, you get some extra dialogue with him. Also, if you refuse the Dark Ritual, he actually refers to you as a friend.
