Just wondering what class everyone is going to use for their first play through and why?

Vanguard. My Shepard is one and now that powers have less cool down time it will be that much better.

Sentinel. They seem like the most improved class.

Adept. Was Vanguard, but Vanguards lost Singularity and Warp, which I love, and got Charge, which I hate.

most likely soldier, because I like blowing large holes into things.

I'm likely continuing my Vanguard, though I'll probably try every single other class.

Engineer. The real man's class.

Adept probably first, it looks the most interesting and fun, gameplay wise, to me at this point, then maybe Vanguard or Infiltrator.

Question people:

I am interested in teh vanguard class, but will I be effective with the sniperrifle as well as all the in close tactics?

Or as a vanguard are you prohibited from using long range sniper weapons?

Um having powers to use?  I would much rather have a cool power that makes bad guys fly and fall and all that then the use of an assult rifle.

vanguard on first, adept on second, soldier on third, infiltrator on fourth, engineer on fifth, and sentinel on sixth - after that...?

Adept for the cool force powers. The singularity seems cool too. Plus it looked like the Adept can easily get the achievement for sending enemies screaming while falling. I will have to play all the classes to see how different they each play.

Each class only has some wepons availabel.  I think Soilder get all but not others. And there is currently no way to learn to use a wepon you don't get.

well I have 4 save files to bring over from ME1

Lvl 60 Soldier

Lvl 59 Vanguard

Lvl 50 Infiltrator

Lvl 55 Adept



i think ill play those first (Vanguard, Soldier, Adept, Infiltrator <-- in that order) and then try sentinel and engineer after i beat my imports.

There is a way, Christina has hinted that you can learn to use weapon skills as a bonus skill later on...

There is a way, Christina has hinted that you can learn to use weapon skills as a bonus skill later on...

In a live chat the otherday on facebook I think they said you can't. *shrug*

Vanguard. It was my favorite class in the first game and its the one I want to stick with for the second game. Though I have to say I almost changed him to an adept.

The Vanguard....because it rules and even BioWare knows it. The Vanguard is the best.
