Hello Community (Team),
I have a problem with BioWare Social and wanted to post it directly here on the BioWare Forums. I bought the Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition about a month ago and registered my account on BioWare Social. Characters were updating properly and everything worked just fine. (With Origins and 2) After I newly setup my PC, I had to reinstall the origin client and all games (including DA:O and DA:2). Now my characters won't show on BioWare Social. I deleted my old ones, but that didn't help. The screenshot upload in DA:O doesn't work too, what indicated that it isn't a "waiting" issue. Even the Dragon Age 2 Characters won't update. I have a level 7 Hawk on BioWare Social, but a Hawk around 20 in the game.
Nothing really helped and the EA User Agent didn't really have an idea, too.
Is there anyone with a similar issue or anyone with a workaround or something?
