So I downloaded an alternate EDI outfit for femshep from girlplaysgame.com, and followed all the instructions on how to install it from that site. As far as I know I'm using the latest version of me3explorer. WhenI start up the game and try out the outfit, I get this:

Those shiny discolorations aren't supposed to be there. If anyone can please help me get this outfit to show up properly in-game, It'd be much appreciated.

My best guess is something is up with the spec map. It's either flipped, or it's a totally different one.

Mods from that site seems to have issues. I have had issues with hair as well as the armor from that site.

Thanks for the replies. Good to know about the spec map; it's a place to start. Also good to know about the troubles with mods from that site. It's the first one I've used from there.

I use all her mods. When you have a probl em like that. You put it under male tex not gemal. I use them on liara too. Try again. But make sure that it is femshep not male shep.

It could be your version of me3explorer.exe or that the instructions were not clear or made for a different version.  In any event, it looks like the textures were not properly copied.  Consider yourself lucky that it didn't destroy your game, but that's why we have origin as a backup.  Yes there are a few I would not recommend!

However, if the site where you got this is suspect as mentioned above try Nexus(http://www.nexusmods...ds/categories/? ), as they have quite a few ME3 mods and check that they are tested in posts.  Good luck!

You may want to check girlplaysgame.com for an update as she is aware of the me3 explore issues and has a fix.

Nothing I have seen on there has been updated since March.

Thanks, I guess I should've updated. I went with a buff femshep tank top mod instead, a while back. I'm happy with it. :)
