Are enemies going to spawn at the same location each time?

So there are something like 4 main locations to start each with a variety of pieces that are put together randomly correct?

 

Are the sub levels big enough for some kind of random spawing of enemies?  After a week of play I don't want to go in there with a team and know instantly how to deploy.

 

For example:  "Oh we are in the lower palace level of orlais!  Tank go take the stairs, mage cast a wall of ice on the archers and archer take out the enemy mage!"

 

I'm hoping we do not have any easy hard and fast optimum method for each map.   (Akin to the spawn locations in ME3)

Going on the idea that it will be "like a MMO dungeon crawl" then I would guess that the enemies would already be spawned for the most part prior to pulling.

 

Would be amusing to watch pug tanks trying to pick up additional adds from completely random places, though.

The enemies move around the area. But there usually is a small safe area in the beginning. Its very similar to the dungeuns in DA 2 where the enemies were there before you got there. Not the areas where they appeared out of the sky. But you can usually spot the enemies before they see you. The boss level though has no one and then they come out when you place a flag down. It was hard to tell where they would come from though.
