Tactical Cloak.
The cooldown override alone is enough reason, and there's a damage boost on top of that.

I'd probably go for Shield Mastery. Not that I'd use it often, but it's good in a pinch and has decent enough passive bonuses.
Hunter mode.
1) Armored Compartments.
2) I have that overlay burned onto my retinas anyways.
assuming I get grenade gear, Arc grenades. Otherwise TC, AR or possibly Marksman
Yeah it has been covered, but probably Adrenaline Rush, Cloak and Charge.
Adrenaline Rush is the only one that might be arguably better at 1 than at 3 though.
Also need to throw out Marksman for similar reasons to Adrenaline Rush.
AR is probably the best 1 point investment. It doesn't improve as significantly as TC when you max it out. Hell you can argue 2 evolutions in it is just as helpful for some weapons as maxing it out. TC would probably win in overall utility if we're considering everything though at 1 point because it dumps aggro, boost damage to both weapons and powers.
Decoy. Prenerf.
lolAFNovaguard....I think my teammates were a little surprised when they saw him
Lots of fun!
BTW, crashie...is there any way to hotkey the new power, either in-game or via an external tool? It's a bit of a pain having to stop and activate it every time...
I think so, with MOAM Keybinds Manager, but I haven't gotten around to playing with it yet.
Just "installed" it...it tried to replace my existing coalesced, so I said "No"....should I allow it, then redo the coalesced changes that gave me AF?
Excella, help us there a little ![]()
Since no one said I couldn't run with ammo mods, Concussive Shot.
Fire/Cryo Explosions and Techbursts everywhere!

So far I've discovered that the "castpower 10" command is what casts AF on my Novaguard. Binding it to a key should be relatively easy...

Lol, I don't need a keybind every time I want AF. I do it manually all the freaking time. If I'm correct, Earth DLC powers will work in MP and testing maps(Earth DLC powers worked before I did DLC streaming)without the need to stream from DLC packages. I don't use MOAM, 'cause it gets too confusing or complicated for me. I mean, MOAM couldn't even stream the Collector Sniper Rifle and CSMG into Story mode. LOL!
If you did do DLC streaming already by following the steps within the MP powers to SP thread, then all you really need is your command console and knowing your commands.
Annihilation Field: sfxgamecontentdlc_con_mp3.sfxpowercustomactionmp_annhilationsphere
the other version of Annihilation Field is: sfxgamecontentdlc_shared.sfxpowercustomactionmp_annihilationsphere_shared
The first version is the Fury's, and the second, is the Valkyrie's. Because Tech Armor conflicts with Annihilation Field, you may want to use the second one more often in case you come across a character who can't have annihilation field. Certain characters can't have it, and it's mostly because it is character-wise, and not power-wise. BioWare gave dlc powers that are also in other dlcs used by other kits, "shared" versions.
Trust me, this method is a lot less work than using MOAM.
Easily cloak imo.

I wasn't referring to adding the power. I was referring to actually using it.
I have no problems with pressing 3 keys at the beginning of a match in order to add it
But actually having to stop in the middle of a fight and re-activate it manually is a pain.
Like I said, so far I've discovered the command that makes my Novaguard use the power. Now it's a matter of binding it to a key....which I still don't know how to do it ![]()

If I knew this, I would have adjusted a lot of kits' quickslots to my own liking already, but the Multiplayer hard-locks the quickslots which is why you can't pull the power to appropriate quickslot. Quickslot 4 is the only slot that is available, but like I said, the Multiplayer won't allow you to adjust the quickslots which is why certain MP kits annoy me, 'cause I might accidentally activate/deactivate a power I didn't mean to.

And what about MOAM Keybind Manager? Isn't it what it is for?

I believe it was only meant to give and not to activate the power. There's a difference between the "givepower" and "useability" commands. Unfortunately, you can only use powers on the go if they're assigned to the quickslots.

^Epic gif.
Anyway OP, I wonder if a Juggernaut with 1 point in Biotic Charge , or 1 Point in Shadow Strike would work... hmmmm hmmmm
Unfortunately, Shadow Strike's slash animation is limited to the N7 Shadow alone. She was programmed with the animation. Anyone who pulls it off does nothing, they just teleport behind the enemy and become vulnerable to attacks for like 3 seconds.

...but "castpower 10" command actually casts AF on me. Isn't then not a matter of the power being or not in a quickslot, but simply to manage to bind that particular command to a key?
If only I knew how that %$·@ Keybind Manager works...

So, you have to enter "castpower 10" into your console every time you want to activate AF?
