Was Fenris supposed to be like the X-Men's Wolverine for this game? He lost his memory after having a foreign substance implanted into his body. He's very anti-social. I thought it would worth befriending him in the end, but I failed to get enough points to have him join my side to help the mages. Go figure. Well, at least I can count on Aveline to be my tank. But I need more bombs before I commit to the end.

He doesn't even fit in DA universe. He really looks like a final fantasy character and his face looks nothing like any other elf in the whole game.

Sure, there are some parallels, as were noted, in terms of backstory and attitude, but that's about it. Wolvie's a more complex character (comes with being a great deal much older character, both in-universe and in terms of how long writers have had to work with him), and the fact that while Wolvie's a surly jerk superficially, he's got more humor and hope in him than he lets on; Fenris is a surly jerk, too, superficially speaking, but don't let that fool you...deep down, he's still a surly jerk.

I think Jack from ME is a better fit for Bioware's Wolverine.
Although Fenris has similarities too. He's just less cocky.. more broody.

I would have killed Fenris the first time I meet him but alas it was not to be. Freaking whiny, broody, punk. I would have had Merrill use blood magic on him....grrrrrrr he really annoyed me.
