Yes in the Inquisitors edition from gamestop, but I believe they might already be gone.

Go to the link and make a request, that is the best way to let Bioware know what you would like to purchase.Afraid the only plan I've heard for a physical deck is the one included with the sold out Inquisitor's Edition. I'm sure if interest continues, they wouldn't be averse to releasing something a little more simply packaged, less "collectory" maybe? I don't know.
Feel free to add suggestions for stuff like this to the Product Idea forum topic for the BioWare store. Never hurts to remind the powers that be of where you want to spend your money.
