Im still deciding whether or not to get Dragon Age Inquisition for PC or Xbox one.

Do you guys know if Bioware confirmed it was running on PC with a Xbox One controller... or did the demo's actually run on the Xbox one?

I know some of people on PC with say go PC all the way, but I want to play the premeire DLC  the day it comes out. Mass Effect made us wait, because of Xbox timed exclusivity.

It was a pc build but with xbox controller. But at the microsoft booth it was full X1. Id say go with microsoft and get in on the timed exclusivity like me but if you already have a pc that could run it run the pc version, for cost reasons :)

Thank you.

Did it seem drastically different from the gameplay videos?

Was this at PAX or Gamescom?

Most footage is from pax, e3, and gamescom. Only at comic-con did they show X1. And what what i saw looked the same and most of it is reserved to combat and it was still in alpha which means its still being finished, but im biased due to playing on 360 and disinterested in going nex-gen right now.

We have only seen the PC and Xbox One versions so far. The latter wasn't shown until San Diego Comic Con and, more recently, at PAX (MP footage).

Frostbite offers excellent scalability, so your game will look awesome whichever platform you choose, providing your PC spec is up to date.

More importantly, your preference of what control set you want to play with (keyboard & mouse vs controller) may be something to consider.

Well PC supports both. But unless he has his PC hooked up to his HDTV for some reason, and prefers playing games on his couch with the big screen, then the console version would be the way to go.

That's usually the deciding factor for me, I prefer playing games on my HDTV so I'll be getting the PS4 version.
