Obviously, if we want to play together, we'll have to figure out how to contact each other! In this topic, please post your platform, gamertag, and timezone. I'll start us off:

I don't know if we want to also declare our general availability, or save that for topics when we're trying to setup specific play times, but I'm overall pretty flexible; I'm up late most nights working or gaming anyway. Friday's the only day I usually can't play, since I often go to my local comic book store for tabletop game night.
Edit: Since a few others have mentioned it, I'd like to add I too won't be touching MP until I've done at least one playthrough of the SP first. It is what I preordered for, after all! Perhaps the week Inquisition comes out, we can make a topic about scheduling MP sessions, since I imagine some will be able to play it earlier than others.

Since we have so many people across different timezones and on different platforms, it might be easy to lose each other in the shuffle. So, I have created a Google Spreadsheet with everyone's gamertag along with their timezone and availability. The spreadsheet is divided into different sheets by platform, which you can switch between at the bottom of the screen. I've added everybody in order of which they posted because... seriously, trying to organize this many gamertags alphabetically, when they will likely be updated in the future, is just a nightmare.

I have already filled out the sheet with everyone's gamertag and time zone on this topic as of this posting. I also did an approximation of availability when I was able to gather by the information provided. However, some information is incomplete either due to user error on my part or incomplete information here, so feel free to update your information. The few people on multiple platforms, I put you in all platforms applicable to you.
While it's not required to post in the spreadsheet, I highly recommend you add yourself if you're not on there, or update your time zone/availability - helps us find each other easier. Of course, this topic should still be posted in too, so we know when there's a new member. Either way, do as you please - I just wanted to provide what's hopefully an additional helpful tool for the community.
A Note on Timezones: I tried to include as many timezones as possible - mainly those in North America, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand, as in my experience those seem to be the regions most common for the DA gamerbase. However, if you don't see your timezone, I do apologize! Please select "Not listed" and PM me here on the forums so I can add in your timezone. 
Additionally, I'm American and not familiar with many timezone terms outside of GMT/UTC and those common to the USA, so if you'd like me to add the local term for your time zone in ( ) for better useability, also feel free to PM me and I'll update it.
Also, when planning MP sessions across timezones, if you're like me and you have trouble doing the math, I recommend using a converter tool like this one to show you what the current local time is in another zone.
I welcome any other tweaks to the spreadsheet if it makes it better for everyone to use. I've also made a backup of the original as it currently stands, just in case later versions get corrupted for some reason (I doubt it - but doesn't hurt!)
