I don't see why it would end up getting patched with the game likely having been built around the limited healing system.

Im not saying it will be completely rid of but perhaps made more forgiving. I just see it as, if they do change something mechanical like that (like not bug fixing), then that is what it's gonna be.

Man, I was so ready to play as a Qunari lady until.... I saw the no hair. WELP! Guess I'll be rolling that male dwarf for Iron Bull afterall... Hope they show elf CC though... QmQ //still hopes

 

I was disappointed with the hair options as well; have to see if it can be rewatched later, but I don't think they showed us all the options.  They did have hair, but the horn and hair slider is the same (I can see why they would do that), and that will take some time to get used to.  Could be worse though!

I think people are more dissapointed that there are about 4 hairs in general and that they are a flat low poly mess

Doubt we will see any patching done to the health system. On casual you do get a nice chunk of your health back instantly. So for some battles if you play on normal, like I plan to, you probably will have to scale it back to casual.
