Sounds lovely
My human lady will probably just rock some black hair and brown eyes. XD
Maybe I'll give her silver eyes.
With the new eye color options I'll probably make a Quizzy with exotic eyes.

Tactics, stealth, and potionspotionspotionspotionspotionspotions..... Potion have quicker cooldown times then spells and I made sure every tank character can make them. I always carry a horde of potion materials. I only use healing spells for emergencies.
Added Da2 was even eaiser to go without dependability on healing spells with all the regen passives in the game. My fully upgraded death votex spell on my mage Hawke alone kept his health at max in fights.
That's why I said I agree about the hornless lol
But it was probably a priority decision to choose different horns over hair
I'd taken a few less horn styles for a single long hair choice =/ There's a lot of different horn choices.
I mean I could see if there was one long hair style choice and I was still complaining but there's none. Not a single one.
Even if the only Qunari that got long hair was hornless at least that'd be something.

I do like the eyecolor slider now. So much better.
I kind of wish that applied for hair too but oh well.

So I don't know if anyone else heard, but looks like enchantments on weapons (like the fiery great sword) are handled by rings. Kinda like Celene's rings in The Masked Empire.
Which makes me super excited.
I missed that... no more weapon runes then? We need... actual rings, like the kind we wear on our fingers?

No, there are still runes in DAI.

Enchantment rings sound awesome,it reminds me of the Mandarin.
The eye colour sliders are freaking amazing.. I predict me spending half of my time in the CC...

Any idea what AshesElven meant then? I haven't heard anything at all about changes to accessories... maybe they saw something with +% Fire damage and misinterpreted what that meant?
Crafing example...

Materials go into different slots - Primary/Utility/Offense/Defense and you can add a rune. Depending on which slot you put the material in, it will grant you a different bonus.

Maybe there are both? What I heard was an offhand comment about "And of course he's got a fire enchantment ring on, which is why his sword looks like that..."
Paraphrasing, or perhaps I completely misheard.

You can only have 8 health potions
You can only have 8 health potions
Only reason I didn't rage quit during boss battles was because I had at least 50+ health potions. This is going to be interesting....
I didn't read any of the post that people made about what happened during the livestream, but am wondering if anyone knows if Bioware will release a video of it. I unfortunately had to miss it because I had to work last night and also have to work tonight so had to sleep.

Here's some of the female qunari horn/hair options (FYI, you can see on the slider that these were only half the options, available). In the stream, they also showed some broken/missing horn options.
this should be reposted methinks.
also, twitch hates me. hope they put it on youtube.
So I'm trying to watch the rerun and everything seems so cool (eyelash shape?!), but the streaming is so endlessly infuriating that I had to stop. Maybe it's my connection, but I just can't deal with a loading delay every few seconds. I would really love a video I could load fully and then watch. Pretty please? In the future at least?
The qunari are an interesting race with an entirely new and unique look.
This is the first time ever we've been able to play as one.
It may even be the last.
If being pretty is more important to you than playing as a qunari... well, then, I guess you've already made your choice.

There's nothing inherent to the qunari aesthetic that requires short hair. In fact, the majority of qunari we've seen have had longer hair. Female qunari concept art for DA:I also shows longer hair. It's not about being "pretty" either, it's about variation.
I obviously still plan to play as a qunari, since I love the way they look. The lack of variation in the hairstyles is just somewhat disappointing.
