I don't know If I want to watch this or not.. I honestly don't want to spoil anything having to do with DAI anymore. The last DAI related news I saw was the latest trailer. I think I'll try and forget even reading this!

I am not going to check the character creation spoilers
.
After all I see myself spending over 18 hours in character creation when the game is out just to make my ideal inquisitor.
For the rest of you who will watch it, Have Fun people

Dammit! It just had to be Monday didn't it, the day before an important exam (I shouldn't be here now, really)..... Well, I hope it gets recorded because I really want to see it.
Also, if they're going to make the inquisitor with input from the fans... am I the only one imagining some horrible chimera monstrosity?

"and we’ll customize an Inquisitor from scratch with your suggestions!"
BSN. I believe we can do this. We have to do this.
WE MUST TEAM UP.
With our suggestions. We must decide what we most want to see (vallaslin? qunari horns? scars? nose shapes?), and then make sure we get to see just that. If we team up, I believe we can do it. Come on, BSN. For the team.

Qunari horns, lack of horns, cut-off horns and skintones. I'd prefer male (so I can get confirmation that face-shape needn't be ogre-ish).

BSN? Team up? I guarantee you that the only thing we all will be able to agree on is for our collective inquisitor to be covered in freckles and one or two non-disfigurative scars... ![]()
Personally, I think I'd like to see either a female dwarf or a male qunari.

things I'm most curious in the CC:
-Hairstyles
-Beards
-Horn types
A male qunari would be nice, we'd get to see what types of horns and hairstyles we can mix and match as well as beards.

Yes, please. I think I've seen enough of short hairstyles and bald skulls. And beards! Beards would be good.

PLEASE SHOW FEMALE DWARF INQUISITOR!!!!!
Interestingly, female dwarf tends to be the least played option in RPGs where it's available. Not sure why.

I've never followed a game closely before its released before. Do people who have feel like they've spoiled themselves? I hadn't even thought of that. The only time I've done something comparable and felt like I shouldn't have was when I read all the released preview chapters for AFFC...felt like id already read a fourth of the book when I got it! But DA:I seems so big and we still haven't seen *that* much so it doesn't seem like such a worry?
I mean I have no impulse control so I'll just watch it anyway, lol, but I'm curious what y'all's experiences have been!
Speaking for myself, I'm going NUTS waiting for this game, so I have no willpower and can't keep myself away from these tempting trailers and previews.
That said, I do sincerely wish I could erase all knowledge of it from my mind just before I start playing. Origins was so good for me partly because I knew absolutely nothing about it. I could only guess where the story would go, or what to expect from each of the characters I met.
When it comes to DA:I, I already knew the general premise (as well as the set-up) of the main plot, and I also know who my companions will be as well as several returning characters (I'm also much more familiar with the Bioware 'story formula' now). So even though I don't think I've spoiled it in the sense that I know the ending or any particular plot twist, I'll also not be seeing the game with entirely fresh eyes. Which is a real shame.
But what can you do? I just can't look away. :-/

I'm glad to hear this and will really look forward to what they show. Hopefully we will be treated to samples of both genders and all races, but I wouldn't be on that much - lol.
