Definitely getting to the point where I wonder whether too much info is too much
May watch the CC but will probably pass on the gameplay, want to keep some areas surprised.
My point as well. I will watch the cc but stay away from the area reveal.

A tease of what to expect. From the twitter thread...
YES YES YES YES YES YES.
Also, really cool makeup is available to males.
Oh man, I'm gonna spend the first few hours of the game trying to re-create my face in this game.
This is why I love Bioware games...character creators. We are not forced to play a stupid character we can not connect with.
Looking at you Witcher. I hate decision-based RPG games without CCs...they're stupid, in my opinion.
!!
I can't even talk about how excited I am to create my Inquisitors. That hair...the colours...the skin texture...

It's called The Witcher, and it's based on a series of novels and short stories starring main protagonist Geralt of Rivia. It would be even more stupid if you played as anyone else, it would be be like playing a game called 'Harry Potter' without actually playing as Harry Potter.
Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is up to you, not everyone is going to like it, but if you already have a connection to the franchise there really is no alternative.
I hope the rest of the character customization options are as detailed as the make-up portion appears to be...something I will never utilize.
That character creation stuff looks quite impressive for a FB game, wonder how long it took them to implement that. Curious to see how model changes alter the lip syncing in particular.

Could you then, maybe, also tell us if this option is available for male characters? [Makeup - Hrungr]
Yes, @Cameron__Lee confirms those makeup options are available on male characters as well
I'll edit the OP to include this...
So has it been confirmed that males can have makeup such as eye liner and stuff?
It was literally on the previous page and I think if you go back one more page there is a picture of a man with the said make up on. (Including eyeliner and such).
Sneak peak:
This was it.

I love how everyone is more interested in the Character Creator than in the new area... but hey that's us for you. How many hours are we going to spend between us in the CC on release? I dread to think... ![]()
PS: I imagine this is Bioware right now:
In the words of Dean Winchester himself...my body is ready.

That sure is a lot of options just for lips and eyes. Can't wait!
Okay, I already posted, but I'm gonna post again:
I am SO. EXCITED.
I just can't get over how great the CC looks. And I do not exaggerate in the slightest when I say that I could easily spend over an hour just messing around in the CC.
Alright, I give. I'll be skipping class for this, so Bioware...you better be going all out for this damn thing.
I don't know much about twitch or if someone answered this. Can I view this video at a later time?

Maybe because many of us are getting tired of the soft spoilers and would rather same some "surprise" for when we actually play the game and experience it ourselves.
CC isn't really a plot spoiler.

You should be able to. It should a video you can view, though it won't stay up too long. And more than likely, by the time the Twitch vid is gone, someone will have uploaded the whole thing to YT anyways.

Thanks Rex. Hopefully it's up later
I feel so spoilt right now. This on Monday. Keep updates Tuesday. I'm like a child on the eve of their first christmas
YES YES YES YES YES YES.

I actually think make up for men is pretty cool. Aside from equality representation and stuff. I don't normally give men make up, but I feel like i could make it work if i was playing as an elf or qunari, for that added 'tribal' look
I hope that regardless of which inquisitor ends up in the demo, they will at least show a couple of different presets for each race/gender combination so that we can get a good feel of the range of inquisitors we can make. I'm especially interested in seeing hairstyles, some tattoos and also horn-styles/skin tones that are available for the Qunari.
I also hope that they'll use that "Test Voice" button, and that we get to hear all 4 of the voice actors (so that we can compare their voices). I also hope that if the demo actually has the inquisitor speaking, that they will pick Jon or Sumalee as the voice. I really want to know how they'll sound in the game.
As for the race/gender of the inquisitor... I think since both the Hinterland and Fallow Mire demos featured female inquisitors, maybe it won't be a bad idea to pick a male inquisitor this time around. As for the race, I'm pretty much okay with anything they pick, but I think a Dwarf would be really cool. Or an Elf.
Lastly, I think picking the Rogue class for this demo might be a good idea, because the other two already have an official demo each (Hinterland demo for Mage, and GamesCom and PAX 2013 for Warrior).

I agree, I rather create my character than play as pre-determined character, part of the reason I never played the Witcher.
So guys will have make-up like girls or will it just be the same creation options? If the former, Saints Row much?
