I wonder, is the Human mage background a different character than the human warrior and rouge? If I chose a Human warrior, does the human mage character still exist?
I just remembered, we're damning people to death when we pick our character.

Exactly. It would mean that the human character would of lost a lot of family in that explosion or never of existed.

Well - seeing as we are a mistake according to the trailer.
You could look at the other 5 dying as corrections and not deaths.

We are not damning anyone to deaths.
The player character survives the encounter because of the player's capability and because of the story, not because of some condemnation,

No. Your bio if you pick human is that you are the youngest child of the Trevalyan family. Mage or non Mage you are still the youngest.

As Lawful Good not only will the mages face the sword so will the templers the both have set society in disarray all will be brought to justice and at last there will be peace
A lawful good character wouldn't blindly execute people as if they are judge dread, judge, jury, and executioner in one merciless killer. If you want to kill all the mages and templars you can in DA:I, have at it. But don't pretend your roleplaying a lawful good character.

Mental note, embrace Judge Death ethos for one playthrough, render entire world a desolate, lifeless wasteland. Decide after if this is lawful or chaotic evil.

Crisis on Infinite Thedas-es
THE summer crossover event of the year!
Dark forces have torn open the barriers separating the realms of the Multiverse and unleash a threat so massive in scope that it takes the united might of the Inquisitors of five worlds to stop it.
Interesting notes about the various Thedas-es in the multiverse-
- On Thedas 3, Varric stole the idol, and Bartrand joins the Inquisition
- The Cassandra of Thedas 7 has a ponytail
- The Kirkwall Chantry of Thedas 9 was destroyed by Nathaniel Howe, who was merged with Justice.
- The Velana of every Thedas is a b!#%$. (some things are just a universal constant, apparently)

In Thedas 3, it's The Warden dealing with all the problems. He became the Champion of Kirkwall and will become the Warden-Inquisitor in his universe.
Warden-Inquisitor sounds awesome too. Better than just "the inquisitor." See what we're missing out on Bioware? All because you didn't want to go down the Baldur's Gate and Mass Effect route of having the same protagonist in each game. Now we miss out on an awesome sounding title for our character.

You mean I have to kill a dwarf, an elf, and a Qunari in order to roll a human? That's a price I'm willing to pay.

No. Your bio if you pick human is that you are the youngest child of the Trevalyan family. Mage or non Mage you are still the youngest.
And that's important. Because that tells us that the events in Thedas even long before the start of the game can change based on our character creation choices.
I've been saying this is true for years, particularly with regard to the companions, and people usually tell me I'm crazy. But this Human Inquisitor background really does confirm what I've been saying all along.

No. Your bio if you pick human is that you are the youngest child of the Trevalyan family. Mage or non Mage you are still the youngest.
This is the bio for a human mage:
Born to the Trevelyan noble family of Ostwick in the Free Marches, you were originally intended for a life of privilege—until magical abilities surfaced at a young age and you were forced into a life of confinement within Ostwick's Circle of Magi. Protected but stifled, educated but isolated, the Circle would have been your entire future had the mages not rebelled against Chantry rule. Like it or not, you had to fight for your life against templars hunting down all "free" mages. You joined the delegation of mages attending a Chantry conclave in hopes of negotiating peace with the templars. It didn't go well.
This is the bio for a human rogue:
As the youngest child of the Trevelyan noble house, you grew up in the Free Marcher city of Ostwick and have enjoyed a life of privilege. With close family ties to the Chantry, and many relatives among the priesthood and the templars, you were always expected to follow a similar path in service of the Maker—regardless of how you feel about the matter personally. Willing or unwilling, you were sent to the Chantry's conclave to assist relatives who sought to make peace between the templars and mages. It didn't go well.
Perhaps I'm missing it... Where does it say both are the youngest child?

Perhaps the origin for human inquisitor is dealing with a loss of a sibling. Interesting. I doubt that sibling will be as fleshed out as Carver/Bethany. I also doubt we know what they look like. But they wouldn't know each other since one is with the circle? Or maybe they won't exist? now there's a lot of questions.

Judge Dread is a odd character i never could tell if he was lawful neutral or Lawful good i think it allso maters who has written the story as well but for the most part i see judge Dread as Lawful Good more then Lawful Neutral he dos not back down he don't crack The law is the law and he will enforce it

Dread is as Lawfully neutral as it comes. What makes hims foundation is that he is incorruptible.

Assuming all origins exist: I think the worst situation is if you are a human, two of your siblings and other family members die in the blast, as well as friends in the faction representation. Then along comes Cassandra and puts a sword to your throat...guess Princess Stabbity is going to have a hard time from my female human quizzy after that...
