Can't move to Inner Sanctum as Wynne is not in her nightmare so the fight with the demon and final
talk with Niall can't happen .The others have all been rescued.Any suggestions?

Do you have a save beforehand? maybe a lucky autosave or somethng? Otherwise, i'm afraid your demon food and the Archdemon wins
