What you really need is just a friend to play an Asari Adept, Human Sentinel, or any other biotic with a rapid cooldown detonator to follow you around and detonate targets you Reave.
Not to encourage this sort of thing, but.... I think the best companion for a Reave spammer might be a Slash-spamming Slayer. *ducks*
