First of all, sorry for my english, I'm Spanish.

 

So, I have this problem with the Keep, I won my code the September 21th and I enter the Keep 3 days later (more or less). I even play the Keep for a day or two, and now I can't enter the Keep! When I try to get in, it says "PRIORITY BETA ACCESS CONFIRMED" but that's all, i'v been waiting for a couple of days but it says the same. I try to relogging but nothing. And yes, I'm with the same account.

That's another thing, when I try to enter the Keep forum it says  "Sorry, we couldn't find that. - You do not have permission to view this forum"

That's really strange.

 

Are you using the same account (login/password) than the one you used to redeem the key? (I ask because your account here seems new, 2 posts only)

 

If it doesn't help, then, I have no more ideas.

 

Try following Kantr advice and send an email to onlinecommunity@bioware.com. Only admins will be able to help.
