Suck it.
I have two words for all those who dissaprove of Mark Meer...

And the point of this was...?
You have to remember that the people on these forums are the vocal MINORITY. Just because Meer receives so much criticism here does not mean that most of the fanbase share that kind of sentiment. Don't let it get to you.

True. Personally I think he did an amazing job voicing Shepard.

I don't like Mark Meer's performance in ME1. I do however like Mark Meer as a person and he seems cool. I hope he dose better in ME2. And I will not suck it.

I don't hate Mark Meer, he's actually a really good voice actor. I just prefer Hale.
Also, pointless topic is pointless.

I think he's good, but could do with improvement; it seems that this improvement has been found in ME2.

I dont play renegades, I watched youtube vids of his renegade lines, He makes a much better sounding renegade in ME1 than Paragon. Ill create a clean slate mshep for me2 to non port and see if his paragon delivery has improved.

In renegade he is awesome. I think Jennifer Hale, no offense because I loved here in KOTOR, it terrible in ME and sounds kinda...****y...

Mark Meer is fine. But baiting the trolls is certainly not fine.
What out for Priestly, he's gonna eat your eyes for jujubes.

the problem is a female voice actor in a leadership role has to sound commanding without coming across as overly mannish in order to be credible. This tends to progress toward a very mature and tempered sounding voice (think Captain Janeway from Star Trek)
The jingoism renegade will inevitably feel a little out of character and contrasted when you consider the above

Trying to incite a VA war, huh? <_< Just because Hale has more supporters, (most of whom recognize Meer's ME2 improvement, btw,) doesn't mean you have to be rude.

Mark Meer is a perfectly good voice actor. I just prefer Jennifer Hale's work, both Renegade and Paragon. Her Renegade, to me, is one of my favorite parts.

If he sounds like he did in the launch trailer all the time, he has improved a ton. I'll play the game to find out I guess. I did enjoy Jennifer Hale as Bastila Shan though.

Since when did D-Generation X have the time to post on a Bioware forum?
