1st playthrough- human warrior

Still on the qunari ship, but the waves are getting awfully rough. Almost tempted to go elf after seeing the white haired one in the CC demo. Hair is a big factor for me, if I don't like the way it looks, I CAN'T play that character, it will annoy me until I fix it.

3rd: Female Human Rift Mage

2014 is the year of the Dalish Mage and Qunari Warrior.

1st playthrough: Female - Elf - Mage: Rift Mage. Romancing Josephine.

 

2nd playthrough: Female - Dwarf - Warrior: Reaver. Romancing Iron Bull.

 

3rd playthrough: Male - Elf - Rogue: Tempest. Romancing Dorian. 

 

4th playthrough: Female - Human - Mage: Necromancer. Romancing Cullen. 

 

 

Might not stick to these but this is what I sorta plan on doing. First might be a Knight Enchanter, but I'd have to see specs in-game to figure that out.

My second playthrough has changed.  Was thinking of going Male Qunari, but honestly I'm not too impressed with how qunari are looking.  Loved their look in DA2, and now they seem too...human with horns I guess.

 

On the other hand, Dwarves are looking mighty fine.  Which is great, since most of my DA:O playthroughs were as dwarves.

 

So most likely, I'll do this:

 

1st: Male Human Mage (KE or Necromancer)

 

2nd: Male Dwarf Warrior (Champion)

 

3rd: Qunari Rogue (not sure about spec or gender)

 

And if I feel like a 4th playthrough, there'll be an elf of whatever class I liked the most.

Mage Male qunari I am going let cass take me by horns well I am firmly on the qunari train.

Mage Qunari Male will most likely be my first playthrough, but depending on what the CC allows I may end up putting it on hold until my 2nd or 3rd playthrough(or until i figure out a way to mod away whatever i disliked) ..If that turns out to be the case then Human Male Rogue.

1. Male Dalish Mage (Knight Enchanter)- This is the only one I've given any serious thought to, later characters are likely to be heavily influenced by the first playthrough.

2. Female Dalish Mage - But this one is likely to be my second playthrough. 

 

After that, it's fuzzy.  I know I want to play Qunari of both genders at some point, and a female dwarf.  The business about Qunari hair isn't a big deal to me since I prefer short hair on a Qunari, and I think their horn variety is cooler anyway.

Still a f!Qunari Mage inspired by Maleficient, she'll just have short hair, no biggie.

Don't care for dwarves, so they're right out.  Debating between elf and qunari for a mage, or human or qunari for a non-mage (still not sure what class I want to do either since I'm not sure which companions I'll want to take most of the time).  I do like the Tal-Vashoth backstory, and want to try that at least once, so I'll probably do the mage as the elf and split the two non-mage classes up that way.  Although since my personal "canon" Warden was also a Dalish, having a Dalish Inquisitor, too, is a little, I dunno, something...

 

I suspect I won't know for sure until I fire the game up for the first time.

Most likely Dalish mage Knight Enchanter (cuz going into the fray is oh-so-fun)  on my first playthrough (although I'm really tempted by the human mage option). The gender will pretty much depend on whether I want to have a gay-mance with Iron Bull or Dorian, or a straightmance with the rest of the male cast. Maybe female Elf would be a safe bet regardless of who I choose. Second game - Qunari or Human Mage. But there will probably be at least 10 playthroughs so.... But I would consider my elven inquisitor to be my "cannon". What can I say, I just like pointy-eared people who excel at poverty.

First will be human
Simple reason is that in a game like this I want my first PC to represent me in the game as much as possible so I want them to look like me and react to situations the way I would if I were there.
Second will be qunari and I will just go wild and probably make choices that go aginst my personality

Female Qunari mage or Warrior first... thinking of running as a knight enchanter... if not a great sword wielder or a AOE Mage.
